Room, location and service were fantastic. The room was very large , has what we need, they had complimentary everything .. bed was comfortable, hotel has good meals available & cocktails/bar (lack of those everywhere). Close to the Chocolate Castle, you can catch a cable car to or from Sun island or subway as well, its close ( line 2) hotel is near line 3. The ice and snow world was a highlight and best transport is subway ( line 2) . We walked 8mins to the line 2 subway and then switched for line 3 on way back. Central street is also close by for the delicious massive icecreams . Harbin was amazing !

The location is excellent, very close to Harbin West Station. They even offer a send-off service, which is incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway exit, right below a large shopping mall, and Wanda Plaza is also very close by. The hotel's interior facilities are very luxurious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk upgraded my room for free and even gave me a cute little souvenir. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! My friend and I stayed here, and from the moment our ride-share dropped us off, we were just saying ”wow, wow, wow!” It's an incredibly beautiful hotel, giving off a distinct Russian palace vibe. The attention to detail is remarkable, truly embodying the warmth and hospitality of Harbin. The location is super convenient, right next to Zhaolin Park. It's a breeze to get to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. We even walked to the Songhua River. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

Snow Village truly lives up to its reputation! The 5-hour drive from Harbin was definitely worth it. Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

I stayed at True Go Hotel the past 2 years. Hotel was well maintained, clean, comfortable and near the many sceneries. The snacks and free drinks added to the thoughtfulness. Breakfast was yummy. Very friendly service and allowing for late checkout. Harbin winter was pricier than off season. Mahalo!

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

We upgraded our rooms facing Songbei River on the executive floor and it was totally worth it. The river view was amazing and we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset view while having a drink and snacks inside. My husband was quite drained from the coldness outside and it was relaxing to sit and view sun island from a vintage point. Thank you Shangri La. They also gave my children an adorable Dongbei Shangri la tiger. A lovely cherry on the top to our stay at the hotel.
