The warmth of Harbin truly embraced us right from our first stop! Check-in was an absolute delight; they showered us with so many thoughtful gifts, I almost felt my own hand warmers were overkill because what they provided was so comprehensive and considerate. They even put our IDs in adorable cardholders. After a day out, we returned to find welcome fruits and a special bowl of *youtiao mian* (fried dough twist noodles). My partner, a Northeasterner who often lives away from home, was incredibly excited, saying it had been ages since he'd had it – he was truly satisfied. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of Central Street and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. On our first day, the snowman outside the hotel lost an eye, but by the next day, it had been fixed! When we checked out, they even gave us some local dried blueberries. Honestly, this has been the most thoughtful and attentive hotel experience I've had in all my travels across the country.

This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Northeast China, offering incredible value for money (especially compared to Central Street). The location is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs. You don't even have to step outside to enjoy a variety of cuisines (which is a huge plus given how cold it gets in winter!). I highly recommend Lao Chang Chun Bing. The supermarket on the B1 level has all the Harbin specialties at great prices and guaranteed quality. Since we rented a car, we got free parking vouchers every day. The room was very spacious, and our whole family was really happy with it. I definitely recommend it to all my Southern friends! I saw some reviews saying the facilities didn't match the photos, but I didn't find them old or outdated at all – you can totally dismiss those worries. Our little one loved taking a bath every day… After freezing while admiring ice sculptures and playing in the snow all day, a warm bath at night was just heavenly!

A perfect stay! I spent two nights from Jan 2nd to 3rd and was thoroughly impressed with Ocean Ritz! The European-style decor is exquisite and grand, boasting both beauty and quality – every photo taken here looks fantastic. The service was truly a highlight; the staff were warm, polite, efficient, and attentive, always going above and beyond to help, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The room was clean and spacious, with great floor heating that made for a comfortable sleep. The entire experience was smooth with no complaints, and both the service and decor exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

Snow Village truly lives up to its reputation! The 5-hour drive from Harbin was definitely worth it. Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the Central Pedestrian Street, which is very convenient for visiting the night market. It is not far from the Cultural Street Morning Market and the Russian Food Street. The service is warm and thoughtful, and it feels like home.

I arrived with high expectations, only to be sorely disappointed! Due to time constraints before my flight, I specifically asked the Trip.com customer service to follow up on my room requests and notes. However, I ended up with an incredibly tiny room – the bed was right by the entrance, and the other side of the 1.5-meter bed was practically against the window. You can imagine how small it was! And as for having a 'window,' it faced a row of other windows and air conditioning units, meaning I'd have to keep the curtains drawn all day long! Even though the hotel is close to Central Street, a room like this should really be described accurately on the platform. Honesty should be the number one rule!

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

Facilities: An older luxury hotel, but generally well-maintained. The bathroom is a bit small and cramped. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: Excellent location right by the Songhua River with expansive views, including the Ice and Snow World. A subway station is a convenient 3-minute walk away. Service: A bit inconsistent. (1) While checking in at the lobby, the staff didn't manage the queue well, leading to my check-in being forcibly interrupted and interjected by a stranger. (2) I checked in around 7 PM that evening, dropped my luggage in the room, and went out for dinner. I returned to the room at 10 PM. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the room was cold, despite the air conditioning being set to the highest temperature (35°C) and maximum fan speed. Hotel maintenance was dispatched. The engineer checked the vent and claimed the temperature was normal, stating the room was cold because a window hadn't been closed tightly (leaving a small gap). I pointed out that in other hotels in Harbin with similar central heating, the rooms remained warm even with an open window, suggesting it wasn't due to a window not being fully closed. The engineer still insisted it was the window and left after locking it. However, the room's heating clearly had an issue, with the indoor temperature only reaching 18-19°C. This resulted in me having to switch rooms close to 11 PM, with all my belongings already unpacked. (3) Regarding situation (2), the duty manager and staff who assisted with the room change that night were all very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel did not proactively offer any compensation for the trouble caused. Subsequently, upon my request, I was given a cup of coffee. As the party at fault, the hotel's response to the inconvenience and trouble caused to the customer seemed to lack sincerity.
