This hotel, overall, is steeped in an antique ambiance, showcasing a profound and diverse cultural heritage. The room design is incredibly comfortable, both elegant and stylish. The staff's service attitude is excellent; they are warm and natural, making you feel right at home. The hotel's night view is particularly stunning, where grandeur and classical charm blend beautifully, creating a noble and tranquil atmosphere.

Shortly after booking the hotel, I was added to a concierge service group, and they contacted us in advance. The hotel is located within the ancient city, just a 2-minute walk from the Dongnanyi business district. Huayan Temple and Daiwang Mansion are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! The hotel's style is perfect for photos, and the bedding is clean and high-quality, which is great for someone as particular as me. The hotel has its own Yungang Art Museum for guests to visit, and every staff member, from the front desk to the back office, was polite and courteous. In the afternoon, they provided tea, snacks, and dried fruits, and for late-night returns, there was a sweet pear soup – every detail was meticulously thought out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including salmon, steak, and sliced noodles. During the May Day holiday, there were Guzheng performances and fire pot shows in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay!

Regarding the pick-up and drop-off service at Linfen West Station: The pick-up service was good, but when I booked it, they didn't ask for my order name or other details for verification, which seemed a bit unprofessional and indicated a slight lack of management. Also, when I arrived at West Station, no one contacted me until I called the hotel, and then the driver finally got in touch. There was a customer who needed a ride to the station, and I had to wait a bit. It would have been good to be informed about this beforehand so I knew what to expect. While understandable, not being told leaves customers unsure of the situation. The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all pretty good. However, I hope management strengthens oversight on some of the food and water items. Don't provide items with a very long shelf life; customers might be hesitant to consume them, which leaves a bad impression.

A rather mediocre experience. I've been a Ctrip member for 15 years and rarely leave bad reviews, so I'll give this a passing grade of 3.0. The main reasons for the average experience were: 1. My baby had a fever in the middle of the night and couldn't get up the next day. I wanted to take some breakfast back to the room, but they wouldn't allow it, and the staff's attitude was quite stiff. At over 1700 RMB for two nights for three adults and one child, the price wasn't cheap. Since the hotel couldn't be understanding towards me, I can't be understanding towards them in my rating. 2. There must be floor heating or central air conditioning, because the room was extremely dry, even drier than indoors in Beijing during the heating season.

Not only was the service warm and attentive, but they also kindly upgraded me to an Executive Suite for free, which truly exceeded my expectations. My Black Diamond membership benefits were fully recognized and respected. The front desk was quick to respond and communicated smoothly, making the whole experience feel very welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Taiyuan and highly recommend it to all my friends!

The environment is quite good, and the amenities in the room, such as the smart speaker system throughout and the smart toilet, are very convenient. However, the service doesn't match the environment. Breakfast was chaotic; there was no one to guide us to a table, and we couldn't find chopsticks until we asked for them. They mentioned complimentary bathhouse and swimming tickets, but the women's area in the basement only has a pool for swimming. The 'bathhouse' consists of just two bathtubs, which require an extra charge to use. It's quite pointless; they might as well just say there's a swimming pool. The Fenglin Pavilion restaurant on the first floor is excellent.

This hotel is located in the heart of Taiyuan city, making it very convenient to walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, Food Street, and Liuxiang South Road Commercial Street. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk staff even proactively upgraded me to a lake-view king room. The bellhop was very polite, offering to carry my luggage and escort me to my room. Inside the room, I found a thoughtful note from the housekeeper, who also provided fruit and a late-night snack. The room layout was well-designed, and all towels and bath towels were sealed in paper bags, clearly marked 'sanitized.' I had a very quiet night's sleep; the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, and I personally found it very much to my taste. The hotel's dining options are also great; I enjoyed the串串 (Chuan Chuan) mini hotpot on the outdoor terrace, which was fantastic. This is a high-quality hotel that I'd definitely recommend and would love to revisit!

I went out with my friends and chose the newly opened Atour on the West Station. I didn't expect the stay to be great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very good. Some hotels did not have a cold air system during the formal summer, but the hotel in Atour had it and it was very intimate. Each of the service staff was intimate and thoughtful. At that time, the receptionist Yi Ran An Heze was very good. After that, every staff member was very friendly and smiling during the store. The breakfast during the stay was rich, because the occupancy rate was very high during May 1st, the number of restaurants was relatively large, but the order was very good, the staff turned over the table quickly, and the store manager also did it himself during the period, whether it was the reception or in the restaurant. There is also a shuttle bus to the ancient city. If you want to go to the ancient city, you can also experience it if you don't have a parking space. In short, I am really satisfied with a stay experience.

Came to Shanxi with my mom and chose the Shengmei Boutique Hotel. It's located in the bustling Liuxiang, perfect for exploring and dining, and very close to Zhonglou Street. Although the hotel has been around for a while, the interior facilities and environment are excellent. The mattress is very comfortable, especially the pillows – they even have buckwheat ones, which my mom loved 😊. There's a small water dispenser in the room providing bottled water, which is super convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

This was my first time in Taiyuan, and I chose this hotel. It's conveniently located right next to a subway entrance, which was great because we used the subway for all our outings. Upon entering the room, my first impression was very positive. The facilities are new and modern, and the layout is quite practical. I'd especially like to commend the housekeeping team; their daily cleaning was meticulous. What truly touched us was the handwritten note on the desk on a rainy day, reminding us to take an umbrella and stay safe. This kind of personalized, thoughtful service instantly eased the typical frustrations of traveling in the rain. However, the soundproofing was a bit lacking. Between 10 PM and 11 PM, we could faintly hear conversations from the next room. Those sensitive to noise might want to bring earplugs. Also, the bathroom design could be improved: the showerhead only adjusts up and down, not side to side. The hand soap and lotion dispensers above the sink are too close together, making it easy to press the wrong one when you're still half-asleep in the morning. I suggest the hotel consider optimizing the spacing between them. The breakfast buffet offered a decent, but not particularly extensive, selection. When we arrived around 9 AM, some food trays were already empty, and it seemed the refills weren't keeping up with the guest flow, which was a minor disappointment. Despite these small flaws, the efficiency of the front desk staff was commendable. Both check-in and check-out were swift and seamless. When we left, the front desk proactively asked about our stay, and this attentiveness to guest experience made us feel very valued. Overall, my stay was pleasant. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses the issues with soundproofing, bathroom details, and breakfast replenishment. I believe that with these improvements, the experience would be even better!
