Location and free pick-up/drop-off service are very convenient for moving quickly from/to airport. Room is spacious. Check in and out are easy (although installing an app is a bit fastidious). Staff is good and speaks English and Mandarin. My only complaints are that room gets either a bit too hot (without AC) or too cold (with AC) while sleeping, and that the fridge makes a loud noise (but can be plugged off).

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Quite pleasant...plenty of hot water...the pool is too small for 3 towers...but it's fine if you're staying in a villa. The indoor pool isn't really for guests like me...for under 400, it's worth it...above 400, it doesn't feel like good value...but overall, quite pleasant.

Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Hotel was very secluded and far away from town. Only near to the airport. Room condition was very dark and not comfortable. Breakfast was meagre. Won't be coming to the hotel. Only good that they provide shuttle service to the airport.

Gave it a full five-star rating! Everything was perfect, and the value for money was excellent. The service was top-notch, although there was a slight hiccup during check-in. They said the age of the child I booked was incorrect, which seems to be an issue with Ctrip as I clearly indicated it during booking. Nevertheless, they still provided two meals.

Considering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~
