"The hotel room was exceptionally good, I especially liked how the television sets in each room (living and bedroom) were concealed behind mirrors. The price was exceptional for such a high standard. One strange thing, (just so you know this is a genuine review), the kitchen didn't come with any cutlery despite having a cutlery draw and container and cooking facilities. I visit every year prior to a family holiday and will certainly stay here from now on"

My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel.
Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long.
Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints.
Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Barceló in a king-bed room. Overall, everything was good, and the room was well equipped with most of the amenities you need. The only missing items were toothbrushes and slippers.
However, there wasn’t much variety at breakfast—very limited choices. For a hotel rated five stars on Booking and TripAdvisor, I expected a much better breakfast. Instead, it felt more like a one-star hotel breakfast.
Otherwise, the room quality was very good.

JekosI really like this hotel. The staff are very competent and friendly. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. There's also a gym and a pool with a jacuzzi.

Guest UserVery close to the airport. The room had a comfortable bed, but the pillows were huge and uncomfortable. There was a kettle, tea, and instant coffee in the room. The staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in took a bit long, about 20 minutes. We went for a swim in the pool; everyone saw us heading there and just smiled, not saying anything. But once we were in the water, they told us we couldn't swim. Maybe there were chemicals? We didn't understand. We went straight back to our room to shower. The water was hot with good pressure, and the bathtub was comfortable. The view was nice. There's a shuttle every half hour. The restaurant had regular prices, and the dish was beautifully presented, though the taste was debatable.

Guest UserI had a 22 hours layover so I booked it for it's location/airport shuttle service, but amenities are kinda lacking, Room doesn't offer slippers, so after showers I had to be bare footed (I had sneakers traveling) , no coffee/tea either. breakfast is very basic, no scrambled eggs, only hard-boiled without soy sauce, it's plain. the ham without much meat... anyway, for the price, it's on the low end.
One incident, when I came back from my city tour, my card wouldn't work for the room even though I am well within check-out time, it's quickly resolved.
The upsides are, staffs are friendly and eager to help!
So overall, it's a 3 star out of 5.

LvxingdarenxiaowangziThis hotel's location is great, right on a bustling street. Check-in is at the bar, which is a cool concept. The hotel's decor is very stylish. The staff member who helped carry our luggage to the room was very kind, but we felt a bit awkward because we didn't have any cash for a tip at the time. They also offer valet parking, which is convenient. Breakfast is on the top floor, and on a nice day, you can enjoy city views, but unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was fresh. I particularly liked the bathroom's design; it's simple yet sophisticated.

Robin xuanOur stay was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Old Medina and Mohammed V Square, making it easy to get around on foot. There are also plenty of transport options and shops nearby. The front desk staff includes Mandarin-speaking personnel, which made communication smooth, and currency exchange was conveniently available, making it especially friendly for Chinese tourists.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese dishes and local specialties, catering well to Chinese tastes. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was outstanding. It's a perfect base for exploring and an excellent choice for anyone staying in Casablanca.

This is an absolutely wonderful garden-style hotel! The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited me to a complimentary dinner, which I greatly appreciated! Traveling alone, I suddenly felt a sense of being at home. The location is very close to Casablanca Airport, and they offer airport shuttle service, which is a huge convenience for those needing to transfer in Casa. The surrounding environment is lovely and very quiet, perfect for resting! Friends who love cats will also enjoy it, as there are many kittens at the property. Many thanks to the hostess and host; it was a very comfortable stay! Wishing them a prosperous business and all the best!
