The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which made it super easy to find. All the staff were incredibly polite. I was a bit worried at first, but my actual experience was fantastic. The driver was very courteous, and the shuttles were always on time. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating. Overall, a great experience! If you're going to Disneyland, this is definitely my top recommendation – excellent value for money. For the return trip from Disneyland, it's just two subway stops to Tung Chung, and if you time it right, there's a shuttle to take you back to the hotel. The breakfast is quite good for a four-star hotel, and the lobby feels more like a five-star. The room was a bit small, but that's normal for Hong Kong.

First time here, stayed on the executive floor, and overall I was quite satisfied. The front desk service was excellent; there was a young man whose Mandarin was clear and fluent, and he was very warm and attentive. He processed our early check-in, introduced the hotel's free shuttle bus, and even lent us a universal adapter. I think his name was A**son – I made a note of it at the time, but I've forgotten half of it since… A special shout-out to him! (May 2nd)
The downside is that the hotel was too cold… The central air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and the fan was noisy at night.
Also, I hope the executive lounge adds more staff who can speak Mandarin.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk (around 300 meters) from Wan Chai MTR station, and there are bus and tram stops right downstairs. Plus, there's a Starbucks just below, which is a lifesaver for coffee lovers. I stayed at the Empire Hotel Tsim Sha Tsui the night before, and in comparison, the Empire Hotel Wan Chai was more affordable and felt a bit newer. The room was small but spotless, and for Hong Kong hotel prices, it was excellent value for money.

Everything about this hotel was great; I'll definitely stay here again. We got a room upgrade with a partial sea view, though unfortunately, it was cloudy both days we were there. The toiletries and amenities were incredibly comprehensive. The room had a coffee machine with coffee grounds, so you could make your own coffee, plus Tea WG tea and four bottles of Watsons water. There was also a water heater. The room itself was clean and spacious, which is a real rarity in space-constrained Hong Kong. On the 15th floor, there's a supermarket and eateries, and on the 3rd floor, you'll find the Hopewell Centre mall with plenty of food and shopping options. It's also connected to the MTR. Downstairs, on the small streets, there are authentic Hong Kong-style 'bing sutt' (cafes). The A11 bus to the airport isn't far either. Plus, it's really close to Central and Causeway Bay. Super convenient!

I recommend this hotel, not because of its warm service – in fact, I was quite dissatisfied with the front desk staff, who were expressionless throughout and didn't seem friendly or welcoming. However, the hotel offers great value for money and is just a stone's throw from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens, making it incredibly convenient for getting to Central. I was staying in the Kai Tak area of Kowloon and only chose to stay here for one night specifically to visit the gardens, and it was the right choice – the price was affordable and the room size was suitable. However, I do think Hong Kong hotels should learn from their Japanese counterparts; since it's a service industry, a warm and friendly attitude is always necessary. Even if it's just for a few minutes, they should at least pretend! It's no wonder my friends choose to fly directly to Japan for holidays instead of Hong Kong; it truly has a lot to do with the quality and attitude of Hong Kong hotels. Compared to the slippers provided by the hotel and the ones I brought myself, it's as if Hong Kong hotels provide nothing at all... All in all, I would recommend this hotel to friends, and I hope that next time I see the front desk staff, they will combine professionalism with a smile – the two are not mutually exclusive.

This hotel is located in the Mid-Levels of Central. Getting around is convenient thanks to the bus stop right outside the hotel; just ask the front desk for a timetable. Walking up and down the hills can be tiring, but there are plenty of shops and bars to explore, which adds a unique charm to the area.
The hotel restaurant is a bit small, but the set meals are authentic and come at an additional cost. The Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens are just a short walk downstairs, perfect for a refreshing breath of air after breakfast.
The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and patient. The hotel's pricing is very reasonable, making my first trip to Hong Kong a wonderful memory!

The hotel is located above the MOKO shopping mall, offering convenient access to various shops and a wide selection of dining options, including a Yata supermarket on the 5th floor. Transportation is also a breeze, as it's directly connected to Mong Kok East Station; you can take the escalator to the lobby and walk through the mall straight to the MTR. If you have luggage or are traveling with children, I recommend booking through Ctrip for a private car transfer, which will be much more convenient. You can also walk to Mong Kok via a covered walkway, and Langham Place is just a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel housekeeping is excellent, and the room service staff, front desk, and bellhops are all very polite. We booked a family twin room with two 1.5-meter beds. Given that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, the room was quite spacious.
The only downside was the weak shower pressure, and the bathtub was pretty useless. When showering inside it, there was very little standing room, and the drain was a bit clogged, causing the water to drain slowly and accumulate.
Hotel was great. Location was convenient with many restaurants and shops around. Easy to get to public transport of all varieties. Rooms are small but not too bad for a city with high population density. Room was cleaned daily at request; tea and coffee not refreshed but probably could’ve asked concierge for more. Elevators do have an annoying wait in the morning but can’t really change the building’s structure so just plan in advance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very clean and comfortable room with city view. Friendly staff and service members.
Only minor thing we had was when checking in they gave us a room for the 17th floor, although we booked a room for the 23rd-33rd floor. After consulting our booking company ourselves and more than one hour later we eventually got a room om floor 27.

Thanks for the birthday cakes for my dad. Location is great, everything is nearby. Great staff service, they greet you whenever they see you. Very old hotel but is well maintained. Room carpet definitely need to change as it has the typical old and dirty smell. Amenities is great. Gym is well equipped and 24hrs which is great. The hair dryer is way too old and weak. Maybe is time to change to a new one. There's filtered tap water in the room which is very good and environmental friendly. Overall is great. Check out is 11pm BTW. Realised most hotel in hkg and Macau need to check out at 11am which I find it weird as most hotel in the world check out at 12pm. Check in was 3pm but the room was only ready until 4pm. So that's kinda ridiculous when theres no extention of time to check out at 12pm.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance is very noticeable. It's close to the Wan Chai MTR station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk agent, Lina Liu, kindly arranged an early check-in for us since there was a room available. After dropping off our luggage, we were able to go out and explore right away. She also gave each of us a canvas bag; her service was warm and attentive. The room itself was great – clean, tidy, and bright, with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. As someone with sleep issues, I slept soundly for ten hours. All the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. There's an outdoor pool and foot bath in the side wing, which was very relaxing for a massage after a day of walking. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so the images are of the nearby streetscape. I'll definitely come back again.
GGuest UserI chose this place because of the family-friendly cubicle rooms, the shuttle service to Tsuen Wan, and the excellent environment. The hotel also has a small activity area for relaxation. During my stay, the hotel didn't provide free toothbrushes, but towels were available.
RRyonChenThe location is super convenient, with direct subway access. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. While the room wasn't huge, it was clean and comfortable, and the sea view from my room was spectacular. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for business trips or short getaways. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

TTop_xinThis hotel is quite remote, primarily chosen for its low price, as it's convenient for catching a flight the next day. The special MTR line from Tsing Yi station costs HKD 73 and gets you there in under 30 minutes. However, the service is just average. We checked in at 2 PM, and they had already arranged for us to pick up the key cards from a machine. They promised one large bed but gave us a twin room. The room is 'eco-friendly' with no toiletries, only a broken, integrated shampoo dispenser. The swimming pool is out of service. On the bright side, there are two minibuses downstairs that go to Kwai Fong and Tsing Yi, which is fairly convenient.
XXiangshoulvtudexiaohaiFacilities: For a family-friendly hotel, the pool is perfect for toddlers and young children! There's also a small play area that costs HKD 110.
Cleanliness: Very clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Environment: Built by the sea and next to Ocean Park, the scenery is beautiful, and the sea view is top-notch.
Service: We drove there, and overnight parking cost HKD 500, which is quite expensive. Aside from the front desk staff, who weren't great, the rest of the service was good.

Very Good
TTsuribiExcellent Horizon club staff. All thanks to Leo, Reine, David, Gordon, and Cloe. Always welcoming us with a wide smile. Thanks to Chef Hardy Hui, we gained weight hahaha. Last day of CNY my parents needed vegan breakfast and he delivered in style. 5 star! Great variety of food, execllent service and ambience at the Horizon club is fabulous. We have to come back again.
Cafe TOO, your breakfast was outstanding. Your dinner buffet is out of those world. My mum eat very little yet she was chomping it down. Very fresh ingredients all the way.
Not forgetting the wonderful housekeeping team and special thanks to a lady named Eva. I heard you were responsible for my room. You are instrumental and noticed our preference and acted accordingly. Thank you and sorry we didn't meet in person. Maybe next trip.
We really enjoyed our stay and the Horizon club initiative to respond immediately to whatever it takes to make our stay very comfortable. We thank you!
GGuest UserThe room was comfortable, slightly small compared to others but it ok for a few nights. Requested to be away from the lift and quiet room but funny enough they arranged my room right next to the lift and was noisy all night.
Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Just needs some
Updating on maintenance on the mini fridge area. TV is in good working order and has the typical channels, WiFi has good signal.
The hotel doesn’t supply any disposable toothbrushes etc you will need to purchase them if you need.
As previous reviews states that the location is not the best place but it does have a hotel shuttle that goes to and from Kwai Fong MTR every 30mins and they also have local bus stops outside that go directly to and from the airport. Also 10mins walk to Tai Wo Hau station MTR.
They have a laundry room if you are planning to stay longer or if you needed something to be washed. And uses octopus card or contactless payment to work.
I don’t know if the restaurant downstairs is part of the Dorsett but they really mess up with their prices on dim sum and will overcharge you if you don’t take a close look at the bill. If you are not local and are tourist they will try to take advantage, which ruined my experience on my stay. Please be aware, better to eat elsewhere or like other guests order takeout!
Overall it was an ok stay for a few nights and the hotel staff was friendly compared to others.
