MMelisa_MelzI had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih, Biak, and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, providing a great place to rest.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with any needs. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant.
The food served at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, with a variety of options available for both breakfast and dinner. Every meal was satisfying and well-prepared.
Overall, Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Biak, whether for business or leisure.

Opposite is the police station. So it's safe, which is important in Jayapura. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away
Breakfasts are mostly Indonesian. They will make an omelet or fried eggs to order. There are sausages, but like almost everywhere in Asia, they are so-so.
The restaurant is good, although the chef has his own idea of that pit - let's consider that this is the author's interpretation )))

CCJulyaMy experience at Swiss-Belhotel Timika was genuinely smooth and efficient. When I needed to extend my stay, the staff handled it quickly with clear communication. And when I requested laundry service, they came straight to my room without any hassle.
For me, they’re truly customer-centric, responsive, communicative, and focused on guest comfort. The service feels personal yet professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay with fast, attentive and no-nonsense service.

GGuest UserThe standard room is very old, yet clean, but if you stay in deluxe, then it’s amazing. I saw one cockroach but I’m okay with that. The breakfast was of limited options, but still you could choose what to eat. WiFi worked good. This is for sure the best hotel in Wamena, so I would recommend it despite all disadvantages 😄
The transfer to the airport is 100.000 rupiah . There is a supermarket in 5 minutes walking and across there are some nice warungs, I liked coto Makassar a lot 👍🏼

MMo BKK!The hotel is very clean and the staff are so friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who checked me in and the trainees who happened to be present at the reception upon check-in. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to have another opportunity to visit the hotel.
