The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel’s location is very strategic, right in the city center. The staff provided excellent and friendly service. However, the condition of the restrooms on Level 1 near the cafeteria was quite disappointing — out of four restrooms, only one was usable as the others were clogged. Hopefully, the hotel management will take steps to improve this.

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

It was a last minute booking since we had to stay overnight in KB. The room's decor is old and some of the light fixture is broken. There was only two pillows, one for each bed. The room has both bath tub and shower. We love the shower as the water pressure is strong and so refreshing to take hot shower after a long day. Breakfast was ok and they have a considerable number of choices including roti jala and omelette stations. Overall ok for its price and location.

The room very clean. I love their buffet breakfast spread , have locak delicacies like nasi dg and nasi kerabu. The staff is friendly, always greet us and offer help. My grandchildren love the pool very much because the swimming pool is big

Best place either good amenities. Strategic location as its located in the middle of the city. Also easy to reach to wakaf che yeh at night. Just walk around and don't need to think about car park. Very recommended as the room also comfortable . Will repeat for next visit.

Room is clean. But few things need to be fixed, such as light switch cover, inside toilet. Kids like to play to swimming pool.

Spacious and well-equipped room with essentials like hair dryer, charging ports, and water dispenser. Breakfast has a fair variety but taste is average. Surrounding area lacks convenience stores and food options, but overall a comfortable stay for business trips.

We stayed here over the public holiday break—yes, it was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable. The resort is really close to Pantai Bisikan Bayu, and we enjoyed a nice walk around the area. The pool was a big hit with my niece and nephew—it’s huge, with lots of seating around it. Pool opens at 9am; would’ve loved if it opened a little earlier. It took me a while to find the shower by the pool, so having a few more or clearer signs would be helpful. In our room, the sink was clogged and the fan wasn’t working—maybe the maintenance team could do regular rounds to check. I may book direct to resort next time as it is cheaper to direct booking. Found out after I had to add another room.  Anyway, we had a good time!

2nd time staying at this place. This time got a room at 1st floor. Hence nearer to restaurant below. So for light sleeper better request for higher floors. Oh ya, by the way, no lift ya. Staircase all the way.

The room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue. The TV channels were difficult to use. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, but received no response. Check-in instructions were only provided on the day I was due to check in. The location is strategic, close to shops in the city center. The elevators were fast. Security was good, and parking was convenient. The Ibis cafe was also enjoyable. However, the area leading to the parking lot felt quite run-down despite being new. It was full of cobwebs, and the lights weren't working.
