The room was very clean and large. We arrived later than dinner time and communicated with the hotel staff in advance, and they still left us a sumptuous dinner. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming

Except for not closing the house every day, there are almost no shortcomings. You can see Aurora without going out. They cook instant noodles in their parking lot. I am very happy.

El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación es enorme y super bonita. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La terraza también está muy bien pero era compartida con la habitación de al lado La única pega que encontramos es que no tiene ascensor. Y tiene bastantes escaleras hasta el ático. Si vas cargando con equipaje y tienes problemas de movilidad se complica. Pero por lo que vimos había habitaciones en la planta baja sin ninguna escalera. Está un poco alejada pero tiene parking gratis y un supermercado al lado

The hotel environment is very good, the most impressive thing is that the breakfast is very rich, far exceeding expectations. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no free parking space, but parking nearby is also very convenient.

Extremely satisfied with this stay. The environment is great, the service is excellent, and it's convenient to get to the airport. The nearby lake views are fantastic and very pleasant for a stroll. On our last night in Tromsø, we even saw the Northern Lights from the hotel's lobby balcony, which made up for any disappointments we had during our trip. This hotel is truly wonderful!

Rental car service is available. There are lots of cats! Thoughts on the stay The floors were generally clean, as you had to change from shoes to slippers at the entrance. The cats in the hotel were also cute. The hotel itself was nice and I would like to stay again next time. One thing that was puzzling was that I never met the receptionist and didn't know where the reception was, so I was confused about that.

Nice hotel, friendly staff at the counter and helpful as well. Theres a bus from evenes airport to thon hotel and a short 5 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good, there is also an option to do lunch takeaway

Simple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus. Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!

This hotel is at great location, accessible to many shops and resturants. Even some tours’ meet up point is also easy to get back. View is stunning. We were able to see the northern light from our room on the 22 Nov 25. There is heating on the bathroom floor which is a plus point during cold winter. Reception staffs were friendly and understanding. Will come back to this hotel again.

Best hotel best spot. Although room is small but enuff for 2 of us to cook our own meal. Manage to see the aurora 3 nights in e hotels. So lucky! No aircon but weather is cool enuff. Parking right outside my cabin and EV charging area is just 2 min away from your cabin. Would recommend everyone to book tis hotel when staying in tromso.
