GGuest UserThe location is peaceful and relaxing, and everything you need is conveniently available within the hotel. The lakeside is less than a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it very easy to explore the area. If you request it, the hotel also offers a cable car discount, which is a great added benefit.
HHurry SanjoThe room was clean and spacious enough. The shower had no issues with hot water. They provided two 1-liter bottles of complimentary drinking water. Unfortunately, due to clouds and smog, only the lower hills in the foreground were visible, not the main mountains. Breakfast was adequate for a hotel of this size; not lavish, but sufficient. If you're leaving early, they can prepare a simple meal if you request it in advance. The hotel offers a free shuttle service twice a day by reservation. It's fine for the outbound journey, but you'll need to catch a taxi for the return. When heading to the airport, if the timing works out, taking the shuttle to town and then a taxi to the airport can save you money. Since there are two airports, it's best to specify 'international airport'.

Hotel room where clean and comfortable. Definitely will come back again.
MMMR. MarufStaying in Dahlia Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Pokhara. Perfectly located near Phewa Lake, the hotel offers the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. Within minutes, you can walk to lakeside cafés, shops, and scenic viewpoints, yet the atmosphere inside remains peaceful and relaxing.
The rooms are beautifully maintained — clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern comforts that make you feel instantly at home. The beds are especially comfortable, and the attention to detail in the décor creates a warm boutique charm that feels both stylish and welcoming. Housekeeping is consistent and thorough, which adds to the overall sense of comfort throughout the stay.
One of the standout features is the rooftop area. The pool and terrace provide a stunning setting to unwind, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and cityscape. Watching the morning light over Pokhara from this spot is truly memorable.
What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to assist — whether arranging transportation, recommending local experiences, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile. Their professionalism and friendliness create an atmosphere that feels personal rather than transactional.
Breakfast is another highlight, with a satisfying selection of fresh and flavorful options that cater to different tastes. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring or relaxing by the lake.
Overall, Dahlia Boutique Hotel delivers comfort, charm, and heartfelt service in an unbeatable location. For anyone visiting Pokhara, it offers excellent value and a stay that feels both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a cozy, well-located boutique experience.
TTai pariyarI stayed alone in a Standard Double Room and found it very comfortable. The room was clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, making it more than comfortable enough for a solo stay. The bed was spacious, allowing for a good night’s rest.
The shower and Wi-Fi worked well without any issues, so there were no inconveniences during the stay. The surrounding environment was pleasant, and it was easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.
The staff were also polite and kind, which made my friend feel safe and comfortable even while staying alone. Considering the price, the overall quality of the hotel was very high, and it is a great choice for solo travelers.
BBernard VoonThis retreat is a magical place. The most beautiful view one could wish for in Pokhara. It takes roughly 30 minutes to arrive by car from either the airport or bus stop.
The view of Himalayas with gorgeous sunset and sunrise is the reason we chose to stay here. We spent 4 days 3 nights here and we were blessed with breathtaking views. One particular day was fully clouded so it really depends on luck. Stay longer!
The rooms get pretty cold in December and luckily they are equipped with heater. I think the bed is just okay, definitely could replace with better ones. The shower takes a awhile to heat up and that's okay but i think they should add a tray to place toiletries for easier shower. The room also need more hooks or a wardrobe to better hang our clothes.
The retreat also has a little garden where they plant vegetables. I love going up there to see what they plant. There is a short hike down the retreat to reach a look out point and the world peace pagoda.
The restaurant serves good breakfast. Though i wish they could serve all items at once instead of coming out 1 by 1. The dinner menu is slightly expensive and there are some hits and misses. I would recommend the jhol momo, thakali set, pork chilli, chicken manchurian. I think the soup options are way too overpriced for the portion.
Lastly, i would like to commend on all staffs here for the exceptional service and hospitality. We even got a small gift that came with Nepali ritual i believe as a blessing. All the best to the team and continue to make this place better.
SShadow ninjaDespite the initial check-in issues, during which I was asked to sign a blank guest form, the hotel staff has been excellent. Every time you enter or exit, the staff greets you, which is somewhat surprising. The rooms are functional, clean, and tidy. Although the hotel appears outdated, after staying in trekking tea houses, I would much prefer to be here. Breakfast was delicious. Strangely enough, I had a buffet one day and à la carte the next. The location is fantastic—I was able to do my laundry, get a haircut, and rent a scooter, all on the same street. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Phewa Lake, with an abundance of eateries nearby. I am giving four stars due to the check-in process.
SSadnan SowmikWe recently stayed in a Deluxe Room at Ghandruk Resort by Hilly Valley from October 8 to October 9. We arrived early around 11 AM for a 2 PM check-in; the room was still being cleaned, which was completely understandable, though it was surprising that a resort of this size could not accommodate a request for lunch upon arrival.
The property is a bit older, and the room lacked an AC, heater, or fan. However, given the 4-5°C weather, the bathroom's geyser worked perfectly and provided much-needed hot water within minutes. The room was clean, satisfying, and featured a nice small veranda. Complimentary tea and coffee sachets along with two bottles of water were nice touches.
The dining experience left us with mixed feelings. The food was good but felt slightly overpriced, and the included breakfast was a fixed menu rather than a buffet. Our primary concern was the dining hall setup. As a family traveling with an infant, it was uncomfortable to eat our dinner right next to guests consuming alcohol. A designated dining space separate from the bar area would greatly improve the family-friendly appeal of the resort. Overall, it is a clean and decent property, but there is room for improvement in its dining logistics and room amenities.
ZZacharieGI returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues.
If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful.
The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).
Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized.
In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and friendly service.
