Very atmospheric and comfortable hotel!!! Very ”fresh” . Excellent location. Close to lifts. I change the underwear, I don't know what timetable, but we stopped for six nights - once changed, the underwear was clean, the towels were white, can change at least every day!!! The sanitary is correct, the sanitary is gentle and very clean!!! For purity reduced the rating for the reason : when gathered, looked under the bed and there was dust, unfortunately. In general, it didn't affect the excellent impression of the hotel. I believe indeed. Thank you all!!!

A very decent hotel that has maintained a high level of service for tourists for a long time of work. A good breakfast with enough dishes for any taste for the beginning of the day. The noise isolation in my room on the 6th floor was good. The hotel beautifully decorated the entrance hall ahead of the New Year, which is why the situation has become solemn. Late departure is paid at 50 % of the daily cost of the hotel room at the hotel rate, starting from the first hour of departure delay.

Very successful location, up to mountain 1 km can be walked , near the park. There are dishes, microwave.  Delicious cook in the restaurant, good breakfast -600rub  Comfortable , large beds . When you get in the rooms clean - well the cleaning itself is just horror. In 5 days -2 days, the garbage was removed and the towels changed, the rest 3 didn't even come. The management is worth paying attention to this ‼️

Good hotel . Bed is just top and bed linen excellent quality. Everything is clean. The only breakfast in 4ce is not very good. Little. And the water was turned off :-) strange of course. But overall, everything is cool. There is a chimney room on the 3rd floor. The view is great. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Отель в старом советском здании, низкие потолки и ковролин. Завтраки на 4. Старая мебель и вай-фай отваливался пару раз в день. В остальном очень хорошо, в плане сервиса и отношения персонала - отлично.

Very pleasant hotel, successful location. Rest in summer and winter, always quite well. Nothing tense-all clean and neat.Beautiful park area. Good aqua zone. We'll definitely come back.

The air conditioner doesn't work. The suitcase is very difficult to lift. Such a cool staircase. In general it feels that people travel without a suitcase. Now I would choose a more comfortable hotel, convenient for accommodation. Since cleaning needs to be requested in the room. And always forget to put that towel that means for the bathtub. We lived two and left everything for one. In general, if you want comfort, you don't have it here. And if you want to see a bunch of bears, you have it here.

Very satisfied with a stay experience, although the hotel is not big, but the environment is clean and the service is standardized, it is very late when it arrives, the front desk lady is still energetic and caring.

Not bad, still in good condition in South Sakhalin. There is a breakfast room and bar on the first floor.
