Guest UserWe stayed during the off-season, and the front desk staff was super friendly. They even upgraded our room for free! The hotel is really big with lots of facilities. While the decor is a bit dated, it's well-maintained. Definitely worth a visit.

XiaojiesenaihekeleOur overall stay far exceeded expectations! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room facilities were complete and in perfect working order. The location is convenient for getting around, the staff were warm and attentive, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Brunei. Highly recommended!

The best part only swimming pool.. my kid was playing alone, during Ramadhan it seems not many kids were around playing and swimming. Unfortunately, i a bit late to book for sungkai buffet at this hotel, it was already full. and for Sahur buffet, it was not ofered during the 1st week of Ramdhan.. So, actually we came here, it was just for the swimming pool.

Cassia FooThe reception lady was lovely and professional. She verified all the required details promptly and, shared some useful information within the hotel and nearby attractions. The room is pretty standard, comes with the necessary in-room amenities and the air-conditioning was NICE. The environment was pretty neat, no loud noises from the street nor from the air-conditioning. Location of the hotel is ideal. It is near some of the main attractions, while furtherest is about a 15 minutes car ride. Breakfast buffet (at an additional fee) is alright, mainly international cuisine. Tried their in-house restaurant and in-room dining. Food was delicious and affordable. All of the staffs I have came across and interacted were extremely friendly and positive. Nothing much to be picky for this hotel.

Guest UserThis is a little outdated but very well maintained and clean hotel. Buffet breakfast offers a lot of choices, especially deserts. The hotel is located in a very busy shopping area and it's difficult to find a parking spot because hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot except for several spots in front of the main entrance.

Guest UserThis was my first time using this hotel for business. While there aren't many commercial facilities nearby, the rooms are clean, the environment is pleasant, and the proximity to the airport and shuttle service are convenient. The hotel cafe is also relaxing.

I recently stayed at Parkview Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. Although the facilities are quite basic and the rooms could use some improvement or updating, everything was very clean and well-maintained.
One of the highlights of my stay was the staff — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient and appreciated.
The 'sahur' buffet food was reasonable, with a decent variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, especially if you value cleanliness, quiet, spacious rooms, and excellent service.

joshuaelaineThe two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.

It was my mistake for not realizing it was Ramadan, so I ended up with a cold breakfast. Better than nothing, but I think there's room for improvement. My colleagues, a couple who came with me, clearly had a reservation (Choi & Yu), but it wasn't registered, leading them to pay for the room again. This is likely an error by Trip.com or the hotel, but the manager wasn't available due to Ramadan, and the issue remained unresolved. As the person who recommended this hotel, I was incredibly embarrassed. They really need to thoroughly investigate the cause and fully compensate them for their inconvenience.
