"please help me to write a hotel review. The hotel is nice, its have supermarket nearby. But parking also nice just the space a little bit small for you to park your car. but it is very convenient to bring your luggage direct to your room. the room is clean and tidy, just the light is quite dim. and the car from outside the road is quite bising since the room is at the corner near to the vamp. The swimming pool is nice but dont have the children pool. The breakfast is okay and have many delicacies which like malaysia also. Maybe ,next time i will consider to stay here again . thank for the stay. Here’s a smoother, more natural version of your hotel review: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket nearby, which made it easy to get anything we needed. The parking is available and convenient, although the spaces are a bit small, so it might be slightly challenging for larger cars. However, I really liked that it was easy to bring luggage directly from the parking area to the room. The room itself was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the lighting was quite dim, making the room feel a bit less bright than expected. Also, since our room was located at the corner near the ramp, there was some noise from cars on the road, especially at night. The swimming pool was nice and well-maintained, but it would be even better if there were a separate pool for children. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of dishes, many of which are similar to Malaysian cuisine, so it felt quite familiar. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"It was my mistake for not realizing it was Ramadan, so I ended up with a cold breakfast. Better than nothing, but I think there's room for improvement. My colleagues, a couple who came with me, clearly had a reservation (Choi & Yu), but it wasn't registered, leading them to pay for the room again. This is likely an error by Trip.com or the hotel, but the manager wasn't available due to Ramadan, and the issue remained unresolved. As the person who recommended this hotel, I was incredibly embarrassed. They really need to thoroughly investigate the cause and fully compensate them for their inconvenience."

We stayed during the off-season, and the front desk staff was super friendly. They even upgraded our room for free! The hotel is really big with lots of facilities. While the decor is a bit dated, it's well-maintained. Definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel extra relaxing.

The reception lady was lovely and professional. She verified all the required details promptly and, shared some useful information within the hotel and nearby attractions. The room is pretty standard, comes with the necessary in-room amenities and the air-conditioning was NICE. The environment was pretty neat, no loud noises from the street nor from the air-conditioning. Location of the hotel is ideal. It is near some of the main attractions, while furtherest is about a 15 minutes car ride. Breakfast buffet (at an additional fee) is alright, mainly international cuisine. Tried their in-house restaurant and in-room dining. Food was delicious and affordable. All of the staffs I have came across and interacted were extremely friendly and positive. Nothing much to be picky for this hotel.

The Centrepoint is a historical hotel. Its very old and still operating. I had a huge room, everything was ok. Bed super comfy, bedding ok. Breakfast is incredible ! So many options!!! Staff are super Friendly and always helped me booking my taxi with Dart 🤗🙏🏽 the only thing didn't like is the old style. I prefer modern hotels. All the room and hotel is very old, and the AC is so cold. Even I put it in ”fan modus only” at 30°c and it was cold.... Otherwise nice stay.

It is a spacious room & provided all the amenities. The WiFi connection is on and off. The room is very far from the lift. Cleanliness & breakfast ok. There are some restaurants in the hotel. Fair price. They can send to your room.

I recently stayed at Parkview Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. Although the facilities are quite basic and the rooms could use some improvement or updating, everything was very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient and appreciated. The 'sahur' buffet food was reasonable, with a decent variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, especially if you value cleanliness, quiet, spacious rooms, and excellent service.

The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.
