Hotel muito bom. Super bem localizado, estrutura muito boa. O wifi as vezes oscilava mas deu pra usar. O banheiro da recepção estava sujo quando fui usar. O café da manhã é excelente. Sem dúvidas foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fui.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the long-distance bus station, the facilities are clean and hygienic, the rooms are relatively large, the facilities are slightly outdated, the service is thoughtful and warm, the check-in is very fast, the breakfast is quite rich, and the price is OK.

Hotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.

It was a good place, a well-informed reception, and it took our doubts. A cool place. I just didn't like the host incommunicable, left a contact but did not answer anything. When I arrived I had to contact a number that the receptionist gave me to allow entry and inform the guest names, because we were not in the system. I spoke to him before, just to inform the guests and give all the information, but he didn't answer, the message came but was not visualized, that's what left you very much to desire, horrible, but the flat and the location are good.

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great.
One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.
