Avoid the the hustle and bustle of the Santiago and enjoy a restful night or vacation in my apartment. The place is located 7min from STI Airport, The Apartment is Stylish and fully private. My apartment furnished to a great standard. It’s the ideal place to stay, close to the absolute heart of Santiago de Los Caballeros I believe it’s a great location to experience Dom Rep the way it should be. The best accommodation experience in this country, the hotel is new, all facilities are great, there is nothing wrong with it. The soundproofing is also very good, and I slept very comfortably at night. If you have a budget, this should be the best choice.

Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

A Solid 3-Star Hotel with Excellent Staff, But Some Major Drawbacks
We recently stayed at this hotel and would rate it as a good three-star property. The highlight of our experience was definitely the staff — incredibly caring, attentive, and always eager to assist. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference during our stay.
That said, there were a few significant downsides:
Lighting: The rooms are extremely dark, with minimal natural or artificial light, which made the space feel gloomy and impractical.
Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast was completely inedible. After the first day, we gave up and ended up ordering McDonald's every morning instead.
Noise: The hotel has a nightclub on site, which makes it very noisy at night. The music from the club and the sound of guests walking and talking in the hallways continued well into the early hours.
In summary, the hotel could be a decent choice if you're not sensitive to noise and don’t mind sourcing your own breakfast — but it’s really the staff who elevate the experience.

CcuchooThe new hotel has only opened for two months. The front desk service is very welcoming, the location is close to the main road and the transportation is convenient. It is also on the edge of the hero monument. The exercise venue is good in the morning and there are many bars around.
