GGuest UserI stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.
KKoon HoDecent sized room. Reasonably clean. Has an indoor swimming pool, which is really nice. Location is not near the city center. Overall, a good stay.
GGuest UserThis hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay.
Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel.
Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.
GGuest UserThe hotel was soo good and clean specially good option for students because you can freely sit there and study outside of the room downstairs and the outside was soo good too shops were so close like 1000/1000

GGuest UserMyself and my 12 year old daughter were given room 44 on Monday 30th March which we didn't realise was right above the Restaurant. Even after calling Reception to query the loud Ed Sheeran music that could be heard very loudly above the TV in our room, they turned it down a little but we heard the music all night until 11pm and then was woken again at 6:45am by the Breakfast piano music. The room appeared to have zero or minimal sound proofing resulting in a very poor nights sleep and a pointless stay. The facilities offered and breakfast options were also not very family friendly with only small cereal boxes aimed at children. Adding pancakes or waffles to the menu would be a good addition to compliment the range of breakfast toppings.
GGuest UserUnfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working at times with the room temperature exceeding 28’ degrees, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable both nights. The hotel staff really tried their best to resolve moving us to another room but a similar A/C failure occurred out of their control. We received complimentary canned water for the nighttime, and breakfast too which isnt spectacular but amounts to something; cereals, eggs and odd tasting sausages. The passenger lifts are quite slow, the leisure changing facilities are dated and were a tad smelly. The rooms are nice!
GGuest UserAbsolutely smashing. Myself and sister visited ( it’s our most favourite hotel whenever I come visit her) for my birthday treat. Honestly all the great great team can never do enough for you x They make our stay. Huge thanks this visit to Josh, Charlotte and Debs ( looking fab Debs. Haven’t seen you in ages) and all the team xxx We always relax in the spa , then enjoy the lounge and tasty dinner later. It’s just the best, and especially this special birthday visit. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel. You made my birthday really special xxxxxxx
