GGuest UserAll staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small.
Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full.
Breakfast basic to say the least.
It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel.
Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.

JJaime NCThe hotel was very good, quiet, located on a university campus, and the staff were very friendly. The gym only had cardio equipment, but the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were all excellent.

GGuest UserEverything is good , but the shame is the hotel not providing any slippers for the customers. Other than that everything is perfect location, entertainment. Cinema and bowling within walking distance.

GGuest UserIt was a very nice and modern hotel with a large room and comfortable bed. The use of the spa was complimentary with the room and we were very impressed. There is a bar and restaurant onsite and although service at times was slow (but it was busy) the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My only downside was that there was no hairdryer but other than that all that was provided was very good.

GGuest UserMyself and sis visited our absolute favourite place for a little one night catch up ( we always come here whenever I’m home to visit) Lovely lovely staff ( Hi to Josh, Charlotte, Rachel and the fab teamx) They always warmly welcome us, and we enjoy smashing facilities, great food and drinks and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. GGuest UserGreat location for the airport. However poor signage to entrance of the hotel, limited options for breakfast for people with dietary requirements. The room we stayed in the bed was very comfortable and shower was so good, however it was not as clean as it could be it had a strange stain on the floor.
