Wwidya nur adinaThe room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had complete amenities, including a minibar and a work desk. The hotel was quiet, although noise from the hallway was sometimes audible. Breakfast was okay, with a varied menu and delicious food. The staff was friendly, but check-in took a while. The pool was clean and the hotel grounds were quite Instagrammable. Suitable for a relaxing getaway or business trip. Hopefully, the service can be improved further. The facilities and infrastructure can also be improved. Thank you, Aston Hotel & Villas Gorontalo, for continued success and growth.

MMichael Wong MYSThe room is spacious, but the facility is old. Amenities are not provided full. The management should make more effort to improve the cleanliness. Breakfast is so so. Not much of selection. However, the satisfaction level is low compare to the price of room.
