They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless. I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Kuwait. The service was excellent—staff were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The food was also a highlight. The buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with fresh selections and attentive staff. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Would definitely consider returning.

Very nice reception and flexible check-in/check-out times. There is nothing worth mentioning in terms of cleanliness. Everything was top, just as you would expect from a five star hotel and also from the price that is therefore justified.
