GGuest UserThere is a stick and iron in the room. Also a bottle of water for greeting would have been nice. The kits are too thick. There are no bathing clothes in the room, only for free loan and not in oversize. It was also very cold in the room. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was also excellent.

LLiangyeyumaoThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from the train station, just a street away, and the bus station is also opposite, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a supermarket across the street. There's an elevator, which makes getting upstairs very easy. The breakfast was also good.

BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.

CCoffeeLeLocation is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

GG&AIt's a chic hotel, but to renovate.
The room looked clean and clean. The washboard was broken, but the indoor shower made a lot good. And the 2 good seats on the room was also a plus point!
Sorry for the windows with single glass, they are to be replaced!
The sauna was very small but was certainly enough, just like the pool.
Well-served breakfast.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a superb location overlooking the town. All the Christmas attractions (grottos, Winter Wonderland, etc.) were within easy walking distance. It was absolutely quiet at night, both inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was ample and very tasty. Oddly, there were no small spoons for the eggs, but that was forgivable. The room was perfectly acceptable for two nights. The only negative point I have to mention was the hair in the bathtub. This was completely out of character with the rest of the hotel's overall impression. Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Thermae 2000 for a stay in Valkenburg.

PPuliexieyewohushileI temporarily chose a hotel near MECC. The hotel was good in all aspects, but the surrounding area was a little quieter. But this is basically the case in small European cities, and it’s normal. Health and food are good. Business accommodation is acceptable.
