Beach only 2 minutes away from hotel. Restaurants and ABC stores all nearby. Safe places to walk even at night. Front desk customer service are super helpful and friendly. Cleaning stuffs always have a welcome smile and did a great job cleaning the room. Only thing that I dislike is the Resort fees charge. They should at least include a free breakfast daily.

I was a bit skeptical about the feel of the area and the hotel, but everything worked great. The location is perfect and about a five minute walk from the beach. The room was clean when I entered, and set to 61 degrees F. The room looks a bit dated, but the hot water is superb and the bed comfortable. For the price point, this is an amazing value in Waikiki.

The room was clean and tidy, and offered a view of the yacht harbor. The hotel service was great, always ready to help guests with any issues. It's a bit far from the heart of Waikiki, but that's not an issue if you're driving. Right across from the hotel entrance, there's hourly parking for $1, with plenty of spots available, which is convenient and affordable.

The Rainbow Tower is quite new and the rooms are decent, but the elevators are incredibly slow. With over 1000 rooms sharing just 5 elevators, you're looking at nearly a ten-minute wait every time. I'd advise against booking an ocean view room because you won't really see much ocean; it's mostly lagoon. For a true ocean view, you'd need to book an 'oceanfront view,' and even then, it depends on the front desk's mood – they might give you a low floor where you still can't see anything. My room was on a very low floor with virtually no view, plus there was construction going on downstairs, which was very noisy. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way for Waikiki; it's over a 15-minute walk to the main area. However, it's only a 15-minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center. Also, if beach quality is important to you, don't stay here. The beach is full of coral fragments, which hurt your feet, and the water is murky. The towel counter closes at 6 PM, so there's nowhere to return towels after that. Additionally, they don't offer complimentary beach chairs or bodyboards, unlike Marriott where they're free. Overall, it's not really worth the price.

The location is great! It's situated on a commercial street just two blocks from Waikiki Beach, so it's super close to the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding a place to eat. The cleanliness and service were also top-notch; the staff were very warm and attentive. The environment is lovely, and there's even a bubble pool on the first floor to enjoy. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night with the street traffic, but having a small balcony to enjoy the view more than makes up for it! It's just so convenient, and the price is reasonable too!

Every time I come to Hawaii, I will choose this hotel. We were given Room 08 in the Ewa building, and the balcony view was exactly as pictured. Even though we were on a high floor, we could still faintly hear the lively party music at night, but it didn't bother our sleep. I'm not sure if it would be an issue for lower floors. Getting to the beach was super convenient – just cross the street, turn right, and you're there. The waves on this part of the beach are very gentle and consistent, so I'd recommend renting a board and heading out. The hotel providing beach towels and chairs was a nice touch and very convenient. The room itself was quite spacious, and while it felt a bit dated, the restroom and bathroom had been renovated with updated fixtures, including a Japanese toilet. The only downside is that the bathroom space felt a bit cramped.

The breakfast selection is extensive and tasty, catering to various tastes. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is slightly inadequate, allowing occasional outside noise. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a good choice for both business and leisure travel.

This hotel is quite good. It's a 20-minute drive from the airport, and the surrounding area has plenty of amenities. Waikiki Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can go to the Hawaii Shopping Center in the other direction. The room facilities aren't complete, but overall it's clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The balcony is especially large, offering beautiful beach views, and it's very relaxing to sit out there.
