Stopped by for a quick dinner with a friend and honestly the food was the highlight. We shared a few dishes and everything came out fresh and tasty. Portions were decent for the price too. Only thing is it got a bit busy around 7 so we waited a little longer for our order. Still, a solid spot if you're in the area and want something easy with a friend 😊

Tried the 4-course menu, price was fair for what you get. Waiter actually remembered we wanted extra bread and picked a decent wine to go with it. Chef made a special dessert for my wife since she can't do dairy. Nice touch, didn't expect that. Place was a bit busy but we didn't wait long. Solid spot.

Only tried the restaurant, not the hotel. Menu looked promising and the setting is really nice, but the lamb came out overcooked and tough. Shame, because the rest was decent enough. Still had a pleasant evening, just wish they'd been more careful with the meat. Might give it another go sometime.

Lovely spot in Horst. You can tell they really care about the ingredients, everything tasted fresh. Staff knew their menu well and seemed genuinely into it.

Came here for dinner and the staff were really friendly. I had the schnitzel and it was solid, though the sauce was a bit heavy for my taste. Indoor seating gets cramped when it's busy, we were basically elbowing the next table. Still, food came out quick and I'd pop in again if I'm in the area.

Stopped by for dinner and honestly the oysters were the highlight. Fresh, briny, exactly what I needed. Escargots were solid too. Main course was decent but the sea bass slightly overcooked on the edge. Place has a nice warm buzz to it though. Would come back just for those oysters.

Stopped by for a late breakfast, got the blueberry pancakes. Fluffy, really good. Place is small and cozy but fills up fast. Staff were nice, no complaints there. Just wish it wasn't so cramped when it gets busy. Still, solid spot for a relaxed bite.

Dinner was solid. Sea bass cooked right, flaky. Friends had the picanha, juicy. The little note on the bill was a nice touch. Place looks cool inside.

Came here on a quiet Tuesday night. Had the ribeye and a glass of red—meat was cooked proper, not overdone. Wine pairing actually matched, which is rare for me to notice. Service was friendly, knew the menu well. Place was a bit empty but that suited me fine. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'd go back.

Had the three course surprise share menu. The food was phenomenal. If we lived here, we would go back. Each course consists of five small (bites) entrees. Delicious.

The breakfast buffet was really good. Lots of options and everything was fresh. I especially liked that the room was quiet and not crowded, so I could enjoy my coffee in peace. The staff kept things tidy and were friendly when I asked for help. Just a solid, comfortable start to the day.

We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. Some plates were genuinely impressive, others just okay. The sommelier knew his stuff though, that part was fun. Place was a bit loud for my liking, but the food made up for it. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for around here. Would go back for a special occasion.

The seating area is pretty comfortable, I’ll give them that. We sat by the window and it wasn’t too cramped, which is rare for this area. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the vibe made it easy to stay for a while. Just wish the music wasn’t so loud, kinda killed the relaxed mood.

Decent spot for dinner. Had the venison special—cooked properly, sauce was rich without being heavy. Ingredients tasted fresh, not the usual German heavy stuff. Service was fine, friendly enough, though we did wait a bit for the bill. Cozy room, not too loud. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area.

Dropped by for a quick bite, ended up staying longer than planned. The pulled pork was properly tender, not dry at all. Croquettes were crispy on the outside, hot inside. Prices felt reasonable for the portion size. View from the terrace is a nice bonus if you grab a seat outside. Service was fine, nothing to complain about.

Nice wine list, and the staff actually knew how to pair things with our food. Cozy lighting inside, easy parking out back. Only wish they'd had a couple more options by the glass.

Stopped by for a drink and the bartender totally nailed what I like without me having to explain much. Friendly guy, easy to chat with. Ended up staying longer than planned and tried something I wouldn't normally pick. Prices are fair for the portion you get, so no complaints there. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The bouillabaisse was really good, and you can't beat the spot right next to the Hyatt Regency. Staff were friendly from the start, though the seating felt a bit cramped.

We had a wonderful evening at Fleckensteins! The food was delicious, and the cozy ambiance made it a perfect spot for a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

The künefe was the highlight - fresh, warm, and honestly the best I've had around here. Chicken was solid too. Family-run spot with a relaxed feel.

I was dining with my teenage daughter. All other tables were adult only but we were made to feel very welcome and both my daughter and I enjoyed the food immensely. Paired wines enhanced the experience further still.

The Caesar salad was spot on, I'm picky about those. Steak came out exactly as ordered, cooked right. Place was busy but we got a table quick. Prices are fair for what you get. Not fancy, but solid. I'd come back again.

The food was delicious beyond words. We had the Menu sampler and got to experience various preparations, one more delicious than the other. The staff is SUPER friendly and spoke fluent English. Even though the menu was in German with the help of the staff and Google Translate was easy to navigate. Wonderful experience. Would highly recommend to potential diners!

Been coming here for a while now, and the burgers just stay solid every time. That sweet potato fries with the sauces, still my go-to. Place gets packed though, so I always book a table before heading over. Not the quietest spot, but that's fine by me.

Been coming here for a while now. The pasta stays consistent every single time, which is honestly why I keep going back. Service is friendly, just a bit slow when it gets busy. Had the tagliatelle again last week, still as good as the first visit.

the views are nice. the food was classics with some unique touch which was good. overall i would recommend this spot. ideal first date spot as well

Small rustic place with a lot of character. I had the panna cotta with wild berries at the end and it was really good, not too sweet. Service was attentive but not hovering over you the whole time. Only thing is the seating is a bit tight, but that’s kind of expected for a place this size.
