Lovely Sunday roast here. The lamb was cooked just right, really tender. The fire was going which made it feel extra cosy. Staff were friendly and didn't rush us at all, which I appreciated. A very comfortable spot for a relaxed meal.

Decent pint, but most of the pub was booked out for private parties on a Saturday night. Hard to find a seat.

The ingredients in their pad thai tasted really fresh, which is so important to me. A solid choice for a healthy takeaway.

I haven't been to the Fishers Pond so this was a trip back in time. The setting is still as I remember, obviously the staff and menu wasn't going to be the same but I wasn't disappointed, the menu provides a variety of dishes and the roast which we chose was probably one of the best i have had. As for the staff, friendly and efficient, so big 10/10 to all!

Been coming here for years. It's proper home-cooked pub food, nothing fancy. The portions are always big, and honestly, their chips are the best around here. Can't go wrong for a simple, filling meal.

The view was stunning, really made the meal. Food was tasty, we finished everything. A solid spot.

I always get the prawn and scallop linguine. It's reliably good, never a miss. The pasta is always perfectly al dente, and the seafood is fresh. Portion is decent for the price.

Maddy was so attentive, she seemed to know what we needed before we did. Just the right amount of check-ins, never intrusive. The whole evening felt really smooth because of it.

The shy horse is a lovely family pub, the staff are so good with children and service is great. A little expensive but I would rather eat here than the star as the staff are so friendly and food is better

Great spot for a quick lunch. The garden is huge, perfect for a sunny day. Food came out fast, which is what I needed. Burger was decent, nothing fancy. Good for a quick bite.

The beer garden is huge and has heaters, so it's great for hanging out with friends even when it gets a bit chilly.

Been coming here for years. The candle-lit tables are still just right for a quiet evening. That's the bit I keep coming back for.

Vegan burger was solid. Good quick bite for a lunch break. Menu's a bit small, but what they do, they do well. Got my food fast, which is what I needed.

Came for Christmas dinner. The service was really good, attentive without being overbearing. Food was tasty, especially the roast. A solid choice for the occasion.

The steak and ale pie is the one to get here. The filling is proper hearty. Washed it down with a pint of their house bitter, a solid match for the rich gravy. Fish and chips looked decent on the next table, but I was happy with my choice.

The staff were so helpful with our event, and they really accommodated our requests for fresh, healthy menu options.

This pub is a hidden gem! The diverse food menu is impressive, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend trying the chicken wings—they're some of the best I've ever had!

The service was exceptional, with staff such as Fab and Rafael providing attentive and friendly care.

The upstairs space was ideal for our small group. I really appreciated the snack platter - the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the hummus tasted homemade. A nice, light option for a working lunch.

The veggie pie was the highlight for me. The pastry was flaky and the filling had really fresh, seasonal vegetables. It felt like a proper, wholesome meal. My friend enjoyed her full English too. Good to see vegan choices clearly marked on the menu.

Lovely wine bar, the focus on French wines is clear. We shared the cheese and charcuterie board for two. The portions were generous, and I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients on the board. A nice, relaxed spot.

If you're looking for a fun place to celebrate, this restaurant is a must-visit! The staff, especially Jay, were friendly and made our evening memorable.

George was so kind to let us finish our meal despite a later booking. The ingredients tasted wonderfully fresh.

Good spot to watch the game with plenty of screens. The fish and chips were pretty good, and the beer selection is decent. It was a bit loud when the match was on, but fine for what it is.

Ordering via the app was quick. Just entered the table number, paid, and the food arrived in minutes. Efficient system.

Been coming here for years, and the DJ is always spot on. Doesn't matter if it's a Tuesday or a Saturday, the music gets people moving. That's the main reason I keep coming back.

Lovely pub, stayed overnight. The breakfast was huge - full English with all the trimmings. Honestly, the portion was so generous I couldn't finish it. Great for the price paid for the room.

Been coming here for years, and the souvlaki is always spot on. Juicy, perfectly charred, and the portion never disappoints. That's why I keep coming back.

The outdoor terrace at The Old Bank is a great spot to enjoy a drink when the weather is nice. The pub has a community vibe and is beautifully lit during the day, making it a lovely place to relax.

I had a lovely experience at this pub with a delicious roast dinner on Sunday. The staff were attentive and the overall vibe was very welcoming.
