The coffee was solid and the garden area is really nice. I sat outside for a bit and it was peaceful. But no wifi for customers? That caught me off guard. I had some stuff to get done and couldn't. Staff didn't seem too bothered about it either. Good spot if you just want a quiet coffee though.

The lunch menu’s a solid deal, honestly more creative than most spots around here. I had the pork belly—good crackling, meat was tender. Portion’s a bit small though, I finished it and still felt hungry. Service was fine, quick enough. Just wish they’d add a bit more to the plate for the price.

Nice spot to grab a quick bite, staff speaks English well. Sushi's decent, not top-tier though.

The Sambusak Bol Lahma was really tasty and reminded me of home. Staff packed everything neatly for takeaway, which I appreciated. Quick and easy stop.

The terrace here is really something else — tucked under the castle park, quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. I sat there for a while with a coffee, just watching people walk by. Menu covers everything from breakfast to cocktails, which is handy. Prices felt fair for the spot. Only thing is the seats aren't the most comfortable for a long sit, but that's minor.

Got a table straight away for lunch. Beef was properly tender, went well with the IPA. Menu’s not huge but enough to pick from. Kinda curious about their dinner steak now, might come back one evening. Place was a bit quiet for a weekday but that’s fine.

The svíčková was solid — tender meat, proper sauce. Industrial space is nice but gets loud when full. Service friendly enough. Fine for a casual dinner, nothing more.

The fish and chips had a nice crunch but the batter was a bit thick for me. Garden seating looked nice though I didn't really pay attention to it.

Stopped by for a late bite and a pint. Guinness was properly poured, and the chilli cheese fries hit the spot. Kitchen staying open late is a real plus. Prices felt fair for what you get. Only thing is the seating near the window is a bit cramped, but I’d still come back for a relaxed evening.

The vegan goulash was rich but the texture came out a bit too soft for me. Dumplings were solid though. Staff friendly, kept it casual.

We've been coming here for years and the staff still remembers our kids' order. Chef made the little one a schnitzel off-menu again - that's why we keep coming back.

The raspberry sparkling lemonade was the highlight — fresh and not too sweet. Cozy spot for breakfast, though I wish they had more drink options to pair with the meal.

The onion bhaji was huge, really tasty. Garlic naan came out big as well. Chicken masala's on the sweeter side, fine by me. Tandoori mix had good shrimp and the chicken coating was nice, but a few lamb pieces were dry. Appetizers were the highlight honestly. Staff friendly enough.

The fried cheese here is honestly a solid deal for the price. Homemade chips were a nice bonus too. Good spot for a casual lunch.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the veggie option, tasted fresh and came out fast. Prices are fair for what you get. Service was polite, no complaints. Saw a seasonal menu on the board, might try that next time. Solid spot if you're in a hurry and want something decent.

Stopped in for a quick bite and a pint. Onion rings were honestly the highlight—crispy, not greasy, decent size. Beer was solid too, nothing fancy but cold and fresh. Only thing, bathroom’s upstairs, bit of a hassle if you’re not expecting it. Fine for a casual stop, wouldn’t go out of my way though.

The duck with sweet cabbage was really good, cabbage nicely balanced. Classic old pub interior, very central spot. Just wish the portion had been a bit bigger.

Stopped by for a pint and ended up staying for dinner. Their own brew is properly fresh, that’s the main draw for me. Garlic soup and svíčková were both solid picks. Not every dish on the menu hits, but you know what you’re here for. Place has a nice buzz to it, easy to sit and have another round.

The mushroom soup and pork ribs were really good. Prices felt fair for what you get. Nice spot for traditional Czech food.

The goulash was really good and the portion was huge for the price. Slightly more expensive than nearby places but honestly worth it for the quality.

Been coming here for years now. Summer afternoons, grab a burger, sit outside, listen to whatever they're playing. Prices stayed fair the whole time, which I appreciate. Not the fanciest place, but it's consistent. That's why I keep showing up.

Been coming here for a while now. Yeah, it costs more than the food court next door, but you actually get served at your table and the food is consistently better. Had another proper sit-down meal last week, still solid. Not flashy, just reliable. That's why I keep going back.

Tucked away in an old monastery in Brno’s center, this place has a quiet courtyard that feels like a little escape. I only had a glass of local wine, but the rustic setting made it worth stopping by. Service was fine, though not rushed—which suited the mood. A nice spot if you want to slow down for a bit.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Daily menu was solid, decent portion for the price. Staff didn't fuss around, got my food fast. Place is a short walk from the center, easy to find. Nothing fancy, but it does the job when you're hungry and in a hurry.

Got a liter of pho bo for 130 CZK. That's a solid deal around here. Broth was decent, beef was fine. Place was busy at lunch but they got the bowl out quick. Good spot if you just need something hot and filling without overthinking it.

Solid place for a bigger gathering. We had about 100 people for a work thing and they managed it well. Schnitzel was still decent the next day.

The svíčková was properly tender and that sauce had real depth. The Czech-style Negroni worked better than I expected. Sat outside, it was pretty chill.

The garlic soup was proper—deep, rich, not shy with the garlic. Ribs came out tender, fell off the bone like they should. Place is pretty basic inside, but that’s fine for a casual bite. Beer was cold, went well with the food. Only thing, it took a bit to get the bill. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m in the area.

The staff really paid attention when I mentioned my food allergy — double-checked everything before it came out. That put me at ease right away. The dishes tasted properly traditional, nothing fancy but honest cooking. I appreciated not having to worry the whole meal. Just a solid, comfortable spot where you can relax and eat without stress.
