The burger was solid, but the price felt steep for Brno. Service was fine, just surprised they don't do a daily lunch menu.

Great local beer and the prices are fair. Sat outside, pretty chill spot for a quick drink.

The lunch menu is a steal for 110-140 CZK and the portions are honestly huge. Food leans a bit sweet though, which I guess is the local style. Not complaining, just something to know. The space itself felt nice, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sit and eat without rushing.

The beef wellington here was really good. Flaky pastry, meat cooked properly, not dry at all. I liked that they didn't oversauce it. Place itself is a bit fancy but comfortable. Service was fine, though we waited a little longer than expected for the main course. Would come back for that dish again.

Stopped here for a quick pint before my train. Dark beer was solid, exactly what I needed. Staff didn't waste time, got me served fast. Nothing fancy but it does the job. Fine if you're passing through and need a decent beer without the hassle.

The shisha was decent, honestly. Good enough for the price, and the place has a proper chill vibe. We sat for a while, no rush at all. Service took its time, but I wasn't in a hurry anyway. Plenty of seating too, which is nice. Fine spot if you just want to smoke and talk.

Been coming here for a while now. The pitas always come out hot, fresh off the grill. That's the main reason I keep going back. Portions are solid too, never left hungry. Place gets busy around dinner, but the staff still manage to keep it together. Not the cheapest spot in the center, but you get what you pay for.

Came here on a random evening. Staff barely spoke English but somehow we managed. They were super friendly though. Felt like a regular by the time we left. Solid place if you're not in a rush.

Fast service and they take cards - that's basically all I need when I'm eating alone on a work trip. Got the grilled chicken with rice, portion was decent for the price. Nothing fancy but it filled me up without breaking the bank. Place was a bit quiet but that's fine when you just want to eat and leave.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and really liked the Thai decor, felt clean and cozy. Had the green curry, flavor was solid and pretty traditional. Though I noticed the spice was toned down, probably for European tastes. Would've loved a bit more heat, but the ingredients tasted fresh, so no complaints.

Been coming here for months now. Still my go-to spot when I need to get stuff done. Americano's consistent and the wifi never lets me down. Pastries are decent too.

Great spot right on the square, beer was solid and cheap during the Easter market.

The pork knuckle was the star. Crispy skin, tender meat, fell right off the bone. Served with fresh horseradish and mustard. Portion was huge, couldn't finish it all. The beer was cold and went down easy. Didn't really pay attention to anything else around me. Just focused on the food. Solid spot if you want proper Czech food.

Lunch menu's okay for the price but portions are on the smaller side. Coffee and cake though—those were proper good. Worth popping in just for those.

The burgers here are solid and the portions are big for the price. Good local beer selection too. Place is underground, kinda dark, but it works.

Nice terrace, staff was friendly enough. Good beer list, mostly local stuff. Place has a relaxed modern feel, not too loud. Fine for a casual afternoon stop if you're in the area. Prices are fair for what you get. Didn't blow me away, but I'd sit there again.

Came here for lunch and it was way better than the delivery I've had before. Food actually arrived hot and fresh, service was quick too. Can't say the same for their evening delivery though, that's been hit or miss for me. If you're nearby, just eat in.

Tried the waffles here after the hotel pointed us here. Good selection, coffee was solid. Place is a bit hidden, took me a minute to find it. Fine for a quick bite.

Not the cheapest spot, but the food quality matches the price. The seating area felt really comfortable, so we didn't rush through our meal. Solid choice if you want a relaxed dinner.

The seasonal menu is doing something right. I had the venison and it was cooked perfectly, really tender. Mr. Jiří was super professional too, even when the kitchen messed up one of our dishes. He handled it so smoothly we barely noticed the wait. Only downside, the place got a bit loud later in the evening. But I'd still come back for that deer.

We booked a table for about 20 of us, a family thing. Food was pretty good, and they managed the gluten-free and vegan requests without any fuss. Service was fine, no real complaints. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but for a bigger group it worked out okay. Decent spot for that kind of gathering.

Decent spot by the lake, menu's pretty safe but the food is consistent. Probably the best option on this side of the reservoir, just wish they'd switch things up once in a while.

The Paris cake and Florida cake are solid picks here. Chocolate one’s rich, the cream one’s lighter. Prices run a bit high, but you’re paying for quality. Good spot if you’re in Brno and need a dessert fix.

The bun bo nam bo here really hit the spot. Fresh herbs, proper crunch, that savory broth just right. Service was fast too, which I appreciated. It's a bit more expensive than other Vietnamese places around Brno, but you can taste why. I'd come back just for that bowl.

Came back for brunch again—still love the variety, sweet and savory both covered. Cozy inside, especially when it's cold out. Staff friendly, English spoken too.

Pay-by-weight place. Food's solid, good mix of curries and salads. Bit pricey for what you get, but the variety keeps it interesting. Quick and easy.

The fried cheese here was properly crispy, not greasy at all. Homemade iced tea hit the spot too. Nice little spot by the lake if you want a chill drink after walking around.

The tiramisu was spot on—nice and light, not soggy like so many places. Pizza's decent too, though a couple slices had a bit too much oil. Good spot for a quick bite, and they pour a decent glass of wine to go with it.
