The green curry stood out—creamy, fragrant, just the right kick. Pad thai was solid too. Place has a cozy family-run vibe.

Been coming here for a while now. The terrace is still the main reason I keep showing up—good view of the main street, perfect for a quick drink. We only grabbed a bite this time, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Service was fine, no complaints. Solid spot if you're nearby.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. The homemade style of cooking really comes through in the flavors, and the price felt fair for what we got. Service was friendly too, not pushy at all. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but we still had a good time chatting and eating. 😊

The food was fresh and tasty, prices fair for what you get. Cozy spot, staff were efficient and friendly. Solid choice for a casual meal.

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. The open kitchen gives the place a bit of life, but honestly it gets loud when it fills up. Sat outside — decent option, and the park across the street helps if you're waiting. Food was fine, nothing crazy. Service was quick enough. Fair for the price, though I wouldn't call it a destination spot.

Stopped by for a coffee and a pastry. Place is half café, half general store — you can grab local honey or a notebook while you wait. Family-run, you can feel the history. Pastry was solid, coffee did the job. Not a tourist trap, just a real neighborhood spot.

Small spot, not many tables, so you might wait a bit. But the burger was bigger than I thought it would be, and they made it veggie without any fuss. Prices felt fair for the size. Service was quick once we ordered, which I appreciated. Just wish there was a bit more room to sit comfortably.

Found this place on my second day in Freiburg and honestly the cappuccino was so smooth, like finally a proper coffee here 😅. The vibe is pretty social, easy to chat with people around. Service was quick too. Only downside, not much seating, so we kinda squeezed in. Still, good spot for a casual catch-up with friends.

The meat dishes were solid and hearty, plus the portions felt generous. Free ouzo and ice cream at the end caught me off guard in a good way. Staff were friendly too.

The döner here is solid, and that sauce they use is really good. Portion size was decent for the price, which is honestly the main thing I care about. Staff were helpful too, not just standing around. I’d grab this again if I’m in the area and hungry.

The restaurant has a cozy yet upscale vibe, perfect for special occasions. The attentive service and high-quality dishes make it worth the price.

Risotto ai porcini was solid, piccata Milanese cooked right. Owner threw in a couple of appetizers on the house. Fair price for what you get.

The schnitzel was spot on—crispy, well-seasoned, exactly what I needed. Rösti was good too, lived up to the hype. Place has a warm vibe, staff left me alone until I actually needed something. Solid spot for a chill dinner. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger, but that's me being greedy.

Stopped by a few times while in town—always friendly, no complaints. Portions are decent for what you pay. Good spot if you're hungry and don't want to overthink it.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the staff kept everything topped up nicely. Felt well looked after without being hovered over. A solid start to the day.

The schnitzel here is solid and the beer list has some good picks. Place has that worn-in punk bar feel, pretty relaxed. Would come back for a casual night.

The pork knuckle was tender, crispy skin on top. Sauerkraut tasted properly sour. Portion was generous for the price.

Been coming here for years, and the pizza never disappoints. The dough has that perfect chew and crisp edge. Toppings are always generous and taste super fresh. My go-to spot.

The cordon bleu was properly crispy and juicy, exactly what I wanted. The vaulted cellar made it feel a bit special, though the seats were a little hard.
