I&#39;ve always thought eel places were just unaju. But here, they had grilled eel liver on the menu. It was a small, rich bite that completely shifted my perspective.

The Shinshu beef stew was very tender, and the sauce had a nice depth to it. What really stood out was the calm, dignified feel of the place. Loved the beautiful retro tableware they use &ndash; it added a quiet, classy touch to the whole meal.
