I had the most incredible dining experience at Joy&rsquo;s Cook by Joyhub Cheer Hotel during my long layover at Chengdu Airport. I ordered the tofu cooked in Sichuan style for lunch, and let me tell you&mdash;it was an absolute flavor explosion! I&rsquo;ve tried Sichuan cuisine before in Sydney, but this was on a whole different level. The dish was so aromatic, rich, and packed with layers of flavor that I&rsquo;ve never experienced before. It was a little spicy, yes, but also incredibly balanced and delicious.  The meal was so good that it actually inspired me to make a trip to the South Railway Station ( 48 mins by metro line 18) supermarket just to buy some Sichuan spices to bring back home! I couldn&rsquo;t stop thinking about the flavors, so I came back for dinner and tried another dish. Both meals were an absolute feast&mdash;each bite was a celebration of authentic Sichuan cooking.  What made the experience even better was the fact that they have an English menu, which made ordering so much easier. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through the menu and ensuring I had a great dining experience.  If you&rsquo;re passing through Chengdu Airport (Terminal 1 or 2), do yourself a favor and stop by Joy&rsquo;s Cook. Whether you&rsquo;re a fan of Sichuan cuisine or just curious to try something new (like myself), you won&rsquo;t be disappointed. This place is a gem, and I can&rsquo;t recommend it enough.  😋🥘🍲🍛
