Close to Takamatsu Station. The olive-fed yellowtail sashimi was the thing. Thick cut, firm texture. Had this unique crunch to it. That&#39;s what I remember.

A simple, no-frills udon place near the station. I really appreciated the self-service style. You pick your tempura from the display case&mdash;the vegetables looked so fresh and crisp. The broth was hot and light, just right for a quick, wholesome meal. A very straightforward and satisfying stop.
