Came here on a whim and honestly the noodles hit the spot. Had the hand-pulled ones, chewy and fresh, broth was proper too. Portions are big, I couldn't finish mine. Place is nothing fancy but the food does the talking. Would go back for the lamb noodles, those were the standout.

The Hungarian scrambled eggs were spot on again—creamy, not overcooked. Iced gingerbread latte’s still a solid pick too. Place keeps its quality every single time I stop by.

The rasam was the standout. Proper tangy, spicy, hit the back of the throat just right. Medium spice is the way to go, the hot might be too much for most people. They had live Indian music on Saturday, but honestly I was too focused on the food to care. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger.

Massaman curry was rich and creamy, pad thai hit the spot too. Mango sticky rice? Solid finish. Staff kept checking in without hovering. Place was busy but not chaotic. Wouldn't mind coming back for that curry alone.

The roast duck breast was tasty but the portion felt a bit small. Those cheesecakes looked incredible though.

The pistachio croissant was really good—lots of filling and the layers were spot on. It’s a bit far from the center though, so you have to want it. I’d grab one again if I’m in the area, but I wouldn’t make the trip just for it. The seating inside is pretty tight, so maybe take it to go.

A hidden gem in Budapest! The location is peaceful and the food is exquisite. The drinks, especially the homemade iced tea, are a must-try!

Tried their tosti for the first time last week. Honestly, it's the best I've had in town. Hot chocolate was solid too, not too sweet. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints. Good spot if you need a decent breakfast before work.

Sesame chicken was crispy, sauce had a good kick. Flambé salmon surprised me, actually pretty solid. Portions big for what you pay. Place was busy at lunch but food came out fast. Good spot if you need a quick Asian fix in central Budapest.

The arancini were really good and I didn’t have to stress about my allergies for once. Almost everything on the menu is safe for gluten and lactose, which is such a relief. The seating area felt a bit cramped though, like you’re almost elbow-to-elbow with the next table. Still, worth it for the food.

Came here with a few people from work. The steak was the highlight for sure, cooked just right. Cocktails were solid too, not too sweet. Place has a good buzz, not deafening loud. Service was quick even though it was packed. Only thing is it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for I guess.

Nice little place for a quick coffee. The iced tiramisu latte was solid, staff even told me how to drink it properly. Prices fair, plus you get a discount if you bring the receipt back next day.

Good mocha and fair price for this spot. Staff didn't rush me even when it got busier. Nice little break from the street noise.

The sugar-free chocolate mousse cake here is genuinely good—I kept checking if I was imagining it. Didn't miss the sugar at all. Staff was nice too, though the place got a bit busy around 4pm. Worth grabbing a seat by the window if you can.

Nice spot to unwind. The staff brought water for my dog right away, really thoughtful touch. They do concerts and movie nights too.

Stopped by for a quick evening with friends. Huge board game collection, mostly Hungarian but they have a decent English section. Staff pointed us to a couple of good options without hovering. Drinks were fine, nothing special. Place gets a bit loud when it's full, but that's expected. Solid spot if you're in the area and want a low-key night.

The fish and chips were properly crunchy, better than most I've had in the UK. A crisp white wine would've paired perfectly.

Goulash was solid, came out fast which is what I needed. The daily menu deal is fair for the portion you get. Tried that local dessert with fennel leaves too, interesting combo. Not something you see every day. Place was a bit busy at noon but I got a seat right away. Good spot for a quick lunch.

Solid burgers, decent Angus selection. Staff were friendly enough. Price felt high for what you get, especially with no fries included.

Nice interior, staff actually seemed happy to see me. Had the shrimp dim sum and gyoza — both delicate, decent flavor. Not mind-blowing but solid. Wanna come back for the ramen though. Place has good vibe for a quick bite.

The dim sum here is legit. Good quality for what you pay, especially the har gow. Staff were friendly too, but honestly I just came for the food.

The 45cm pizza is a proper deal, honestly. Split it with a friend and still had a slice to take home. Dough had a good chew, not too thick, and the toppings tasted fresh. Solid spot if you're in the area and hungry.

The kimchi pancake was the real highlight—sharp, cheesy, and it held up nicely with a glass of dry riesling. Brunch spots usually mess these up, but this one had actual balance. I’d go back just for that. Maybe skip the coffee, though. It came out a bit lukewarm.

The duck was solid—crispy skin, properly cooked. Live music in the background worked well, not too loud to talk over. Place is a bit off the main tourist route, took me a few extra minutes to find it. But that's probably why it felt more local than the usual spots around town. Fair price for what you get.

Been coming here for a while now. The stout's still got that deep roasted flavor I like. Music's a nice touch too, fits the place.

Popped in for lunch, grabbed the daily special. Pretty solid, lots of vegan and gluten-free stuff on the menu which is nice. Staff were friendly, line went quick even though it was busy. No complaints really. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but I'd eat here again.
