The beef soup really hit the spot on a chilly evening. Cold noodles were meh, but honestly that soup alone is worth stopping by for. Service was nice too, not pushy or anything. Good spot if you're hanging out with friends and want something warm. Would come back for sure. 🍜

Came back twice during our stay. Staff actually remembered us and our order. That was nice. Food was solid both times, no complaints. Pasta was cooked right, sauce had flavor. Place is small and a bit loud but whatever. Good enough to go back.

Been coming here for a while now. The stout's still got that deep roasted flavor I like. Music's a nice touch too, fits the place.

The ceviche was the highlight—fresh, tangy, just the right amount of kick. Cocktails were solid too, and the vibe was lively without being overwhelming. Staff kept things moving.

Stopped by for a quick coffee before my flight. Opens early, which helped. WiFi held up fine for checking emails. Place is basic but does the job. Right by the airport bus stop, so location's hard to beat. Prices are fair for what you get. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for, but solid if you're in the area.

Nice spot, coffee was solid but the brownie came out a bit dry. Cool decor though, felt cozy inside. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

Popped in for lunch, grabbed the daily special. Pretty solid, lots of vegan and gluten-free stuff on the menu which is nice. Staff were friendly, line went quick even though it was busy. No complaints really. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but I'd eat here again.

Coffee and pastries were solid, but the closing rush was a bit much. They ran out of bags too, so we juggled everything out by hand. 😅

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Got the brunch plate, food was solid and the terrace had decent shade. You order at the counter, semi self-service style. Took a few minutes to get the food but nothing crazy. Fine spot if you're in a hurry and want something easy.

The croissant breakfast here is the real deal. Flaky, buttery, proper layers. Had it with a coffee, that was enough. Place is tucked away on the Buda side, easy to miss. Didnt need the outdoor area, just focused on the food. Maybe a bit slow if you are in a hurry, but the pastry made up for it.

The smash burger here is solid — patties are juicy and that house sauce really ties it together. Probably one of the better spots I've tried in Budapest for this style.

The gyros plate with halloumi was the highlight—huge portion for the price. Staff got me in and out fast, which I appreciated.

The staff handled my nut allergy really well — they cleaned the rod and prepped everything carefully without making me feel like a hassle. That kind of attention is rare. I just wish the seating area was a bit more comfortable, the chairs felt a little stiff after a while. Still, I’d come back for the peace of mind alone.

The vegan goulash needed more substance, but that langos with olives was fresh and hot. Cold toppings threw it off a bit.

The piano music was a nice touch—kept things relaxed without trying too hard. I had the grilled sea bass with a glass of dry Riesling, and honestly the wine pairing made it work better than the fish alone. Food came out fast, everything tasted fresh. Waitress let me take my time deciding on the pour, which I appreciated.

The sourdough here is baked in-house and honestly it’s the best I’ve had in the city. Warm, fluffy, perfect with the shakshuka. Just wish the tables weren’t so close together.

The duck was spot on, crispy skin and all. Shrimp soup had a solid kick to it. Didn't feel rushed even though we walked in near closing.

Decent halal spot in Budapest. Just double-check your order since they serve pork too. Staff were friendly enough to explain the menu.

The Dubai chocolate donut was really good—rich filling, nice texture. Shop itself is nothing fancy, but that one donut made the stop worth it.

Stopped by for a quick lunch near the Danube. Got the falafel plate — fresh, came out hot. View of Margaret Bridge from the table was a nice bonus. Staff were chill, didn't rush me. Place gets a bit busy around noon but it's fine. Solid kosher option if you're in the area.

The house white was crisp with a little buttery note—went really well with my food. Wine list isn’t huge, but the French options are solid. Nice spot if you’re into that. 🍷

The eggs benedict with roast beef was spot on—the yolk ran just right and the beef was tender. I liked that they didn't drown it in sauce. Place feels modern but cozy, not too loud for a weekday lunch. Slightly pricey for Budapest, but the ingredients felt fresh and well sourced. I'd come back for that dish alone.

The duck leg was solid, but honestly the fish soup is where it’s at. Portion size felt fair for the price. Would come back just for that.
