Outside the northwest gate of Heilongtan Park, Education Road, Gucheng District, is the Lijiang City Museum. It has a deeper understanding of Dongba culture. There are unearthed cultural relics inside. You can rent free voice explanations. The exhibition is basically half an hour to visit. It is a good experience.

Padang Culture Museum is a small attraction in Heilongtan Park. In a relatively deep place, if you go in from the gate, you need to walk a distance to show Padang culture. It is quite interesting to see.

东巴文化博物馆位于丽江黑龙潭公园南门口，里面详细介绍了东巴文化的历史，从文字，音乐，宗教等多角度阐述，同时介绍了对大巴文化研究做出贡献的中外学者，图文及实物并茂。

作为丽江发源的本土民族，这个博物馆虽然不大，但是展现了很多民族特色的东西。东巴文化体现了传统特色。展览馆也是按照传统的建筑布置的。文字更是特色，象形文字。

该博物馆不收门票，实际简述纳西族的民俗。

东巴文化是纳西族古代文化的重要内容之一，因保存于东巴教而得名，已1000多年的历史，主要包括东巴文字、东巴经、东巴绘画、东巴音乐、东巴舞蹈、东巴法器和各种祭祀仪式等。云南纳西族东巴文化与西藏象雄雍仲本教文化是同一或同源文化，本教曾在一定历史时期对东巴教产生过深远影响，从民族发展历程看，东巴教与本教息息相关。 首先，二者共同崇拜同一祖师说明了其同一性或同源性，本教的创始人和导师是幸饶弥沃如来佛祖敦巴幸饶，东巴教的创始人是东巴什罗，据考证，东巴教徒所崇拜的祖师，就是雍仲本教祖师。
