White Horse Lake Cultural Park Review

Baima Lake Cultural Park is the core component of Changde's inland river system. It is connected to Liuye Lake by crossing the Zihe River. You can take a cruise from the Dahe Street Pier to the Baima Lake Pier. The night scenery is particularly beautiful.

The park is located in the west of Changde City, next to the Sheraton, Wanda Plaza and Changde Three Pavilion and One Center. It can be said to be a cultural area of Changde. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. It is connected to Baima Lake through the Zihe River. The lake is shaded by trees, and the bridge is flowing. 常德白马湖文化公园项目位于柳叶大道以南，滨湖路以北，龙港路以东，皂果路以西，占地654亩，其中水面278亩，是穿紫河风光带上的重要景观节点。该项目投资规模4亿元，其中工程费2.3亿元，征地拆迁费1.7亿元。该项目于2009年5月开始征地拆迁补偿及其它前期工作，工程计划于2010年3月开工建设，2011年12月竣工开园。该公园拟建设成为集休闲游憩、旅游观光、城市文化展示、娱乐健身为一体，展现常德西区城市形象的开放式“城市中央公园”。
