Stayed in a one bedroom apartment good enough to fit me and my luggages.. got a huge kitchen, dining table, recieving area which is not nevcessary for me as a solo traveller😅 people from the breakfast area are very nice and accomodating! the general manager for the breakfast area, i forgot how he is called for his position, meet, great and welcome all the guest each table and is be welcoming... i hope if i ever come back, he will is still working there, it's very nice to feel a warm welcome. all the rest of the people are very welcoming speciallt the few filipino who works there..

Housekeeping was done daily. The staff noticed we used a lot of water and thoughtfully provided extra bottled water every day. The hotel's ambiance and cleanliness were excellent, and we even received complimentary snacks upon check-in. Its location right by Green Line Station 29 makes getting around incredibly convenient. There are also several supermarkets nearby, making it easy to buy groceries, and a few restaurants as well.

Everything is totally amazing and good while we are staying at the property. We enjoyed our stay especially the kids.. Only one thing I am concerned about is when we are requesting for a late check out because we checked in at 4pm but suddenly the reception person told us it's not possible because they are fully booked. But the rest we are happy for everything.

1.when we check in say the room will be ready at 3pm but we sit at the lobby, maybe 1 1/2 hours,but no one tell me need so long time ,just say will be ready 2.when we are waiting the room ,our phones no more power,ask for the charger, the staff said in my room have 2 ,what they are talking about? 3.i ask for the staff who can speak Cantonese to help me ,they said sent to my room ,but I wait for maybe 2 hours also no one can help,I need to go to the lobby to get help, the security help me a lot, but the reception service is very bad 4.we want to keep the welcome card for Memories ,but we go down to have dinner buffet, and then we come back,we can’t find the card ,our luggages are tidy up by the house keeping ,I think they make it lost For the service 3star Hotel better than this we stay here for the honey moon,I think this hotel is the worst

This hotel is excellent! It's incredibly spacious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are numerous swimming pools, and the hotel's water park and aquarium are absolutely perfect for keeping kids entertained all day long. The breakfast selection is also quite extensive. A pro tip: make sure to purchase beach shoes in advance if you're staying here, as the weather gets extremely hot and the ground temperature can easily hit 40 degrees Celsius. And don't forget a waterproof phone case!

We booked a connecting room with a half-board package. The value for money was excellent for this season. The hotel's location is superb, right by the pedestrian overpass to the tram station. It's very close to several popular attractions; the Gold Frame is one stop away, the Museum of the Future is one stop, and Dubai Mall is three stops. The hotel's breakfast and dinner menus change daily, and the pool is also very good.

2nd time stay for me and February stay was very good indeed . But this time , because of changing plans , i try to early check in just for a shower for my appointment. Receptionist offer me 1 day money to pay , which is absurd. Not good attitude also , which is not acceptable in service sector. Hotel is a bit old , and you have to wait at breakfast queue. Parking is big enough, although its a bit confusing because apartments and hotel same parking.

My stay was wonderfull. Especially because of Matia! He helped us with so much kindness and patient! We were happy with everything. Hotel is beautiful and breakfast is great! The surroundings are new and very clean! The other staff were also very helpfull.

Ideally located and close to the airport. Comfortable bed. Loved the way this hotel given priorities to environmental sustainability. Everything was perfact except for 2 small thing. 1. Tea/ coffee making facility provided but no tea spoon provided. 2. Only 2 small bottle of water provided each day. In extreme heat 2 bottles is not sufficient.
