Don't use the showerhead directly, or the bathroom will turn into a pond. The service really needs improvement. They'll overcharge you if you don't check your bill. I booked two rooms for three nights through Trip.com, but they kept saying they couldn't find my reservation. On the first day, they said they couldn't find the third day's booking. On the second day, they said they only found one room's reservation. Since I booked separately, I had to reactivate my key card every day. The power in the room would cut out and come back on automatically, and the curtains would open and close suddenly, which really scared me. The room cleaning time varied each day, and they'd often forget to replenish water or take a very long time. Plus, no one answered the phone.

The hotel's location is quite good. There's a 'Cat Bus' stop right outside, and it's not far from the Mint. You can also walk to the pier and the Swan Bells, which is perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also great; they held our luggage and even emailed us when our room was ready after cleaning. Highly recommend!

Stayed at beautiful Pullman Bunker Bay Resort Margaret River Region for our 15th wedding anniversary weekend and it honestly made the celebration extra special. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom villa and welcomed with a bottle of wine from guest services as an anniversary gift. Such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so celebrated and cared for. A peaceful weekend filled with love, relaxation, and beautiful family memories by the beach. 🤍🥂

Extremely clean room with a beautiful view of the City. need to walk around 10 mins to take the free CAT red bus that goes to perth station. There is also a convenience store that opens till 9 or 10 pm opposite the hotel.

Cons: parking a bit limited, unsecure. Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner. A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery? In places, property is showing age but within reason. Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic Pros: On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed. Dining next door has always been excellent, great food. Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean. Check in and out was easy and simple. Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here.

Room was exactly as advertised. Albeit a little small it was still very cosy and the bed was super comfortable. Amenities were also fully stocked in the room. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Location was good, right in the middle of CBD and near to northbridge which has a selection of good Asian food. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful building and the decor inside and the rooms are wonderful. A very expensive stay but one of those where it feels like it’s actually worth the money. The breakfast is really nice selection and you can pick a few options from the a la carte menu and get barista coffee all included. Bed was huge and comfy and bathroom was very opulent.

Ritz Carlton Perth is a wonderful hotel that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in Western Australia. The accommodation is: - immaculately well maintained; - located in a vantage point shrouded in greenery and waters; - nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - Hearth, the fine dining restaurant, offers one of the best food in Australia! Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in West Australia!

We had a wonderful stay at a Margaret River bed and breakfast in an amazing location—just few minutes from town and only a 7-minute drive to Surfers Point. As a couple, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The homemade breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh homemade breads along with organic jams and honey. We were welcomed with a lovely glass of wine and snacks, which made us feel instantly relaxed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a heated electric bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi with hot water was perfect. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations on the best places to visit in the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting Margaret River.

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.
