GGuest UserClean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

BBianmoshengrenThe room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

BBarbs AdventuresThe amenities in this studio were fabulous, great kitchen area and bathroom including a washing machine and laundry pods. The staff were helpful when needed and we could store our luggage free of charge before and after check out in a secure space. It also had 2 jacuzzis, a steam room and a sauna which was wonderful after a long day of exploring Helsinki. There was a metro and tram station right outside and a Lidl and kmart right next to it. Perfect place to stay I could not recommend it enough !!

VValstarHad a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

MMilky.MeowsGreat value and good service. Really like the gym and sauna as it’s top class. I was able to get late checkout with my IHG profile. The hotel is not at the city centre so it’s quiet but it’s close enough with a quick bus or light rail tram from central station.
Only negative is that the breakfast, while good, is quite expensive.

AAolindaThis hotel is located right inside the airport; you can simply walk through a connecting passage to get to the terminals, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast is also very generous and tasty, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff provides excellent service. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place during a layover.

AAKBearExtremely satisfied!! The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was fantastic. The hotel's architecture is so stylish, and the location is great, very central, right next to an LV store.
The hotel provides toiletries (except for toothbrushes and toothpaste).
This is my favorite hotel of all the nights I've stayed in Finland; it's great value for money.

the view of the room was very bad, the wall in front. really expensive room in relation to quality. Breakfast was congestive and basic supplies

GGuest UserThe hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
