We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds
We booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!
Everything was good, but the air conditioning felt hot. The room temperature was around 28-30 degrees Celsius even though the AC remote was set to 16 and the fan speed was at its highest. It only started to feel a bit cool towards dawn. Both rooms had the same issue.
This is my kids' favorite hotel for staycations, we always choose Grand Tjokro. But this time, sadly, we got a room that wasn't soundproof. I could hear the person in the next room snoring, and it was really, really disturbing. The window also faced a wall, which was a bummer.
Unbeatable loction. 100m away from the vibrant Braga Street. Good size and clean Merdeka Room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast spread , satisfactory. Didn't manage to use other facilities provided.
Our last visit was in 2023, at the apartment unit. Didn't realise that we booked the sama hotel until we arrived. Smelly bathroom which was the same experience that we had back then. Cleanliness was satisfactorily. I suspected the smell was due to the piping or drainage issue. Shut the bathroom door whwn you're in.
Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus.
A good budget-hotel. Within a walking distance from CSB mall (the biggest mall in town). You can choose this hotel over swiss-bel, which is connected to the mall, if you can bear 5-min walk. Their room rate is typically only 30-40% of swiss-bel. But you only get what you pay for. You should expect to encouter roaches, dirty bed linen, etc. Not always tho.
The only thing they lack as a budget business hotel is the hair dryer. (If you stay multiple days, you still get better off by buyig one at CSB mall.)
I've stayed here many times, and will choose this again even after encountering roaches two days in a row in my latest stay (I stayed only for 2 nights lol)
The access road to the hotel was quite surprising, as the location feels very remote and far from main areas. At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect.
That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort.
When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed.
On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is.
Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.
The staff were very friendly and responsive. Valet parking was smooth and the attendants were always ready. The hotel is located in the city center.

JjetlaggerCrowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts.
On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff interactions were friendly, helpful and polite.
Special mention to the restaurant manager whom graciously assisted in offering and delivering a special delicious healthy juice to my table at breakfast over several days. Breakfast in the restaurant had a fresh and extensive variety of delicious local Indonesian dishes as well as the usual western staples.
Our room was conveniently located on the Executive Lounge floor which was a spacious and relatively quiet to enjoy the evening canapés and drinks. Another special mention to Faisal for his kind assistance with our train tickets and all of the obliging staff in the Lounge fulfilling my multiple coffee and drinks requests. Pool on level 5 was inviting for a swim with a pleasant view over city and towards mountains.
All of the concierge and door attendants were very helpful as well as the special service assisting to cross the busy road outside hotel was appreciated.
SShift72The location is excellent, right on Braga Street. There are many hangout spots around the hotel. The price matches the quality. The only downside is very limited parking. Overall, it's okay for a stay with family or friends.
GGuest UserOur honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for.
1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!)
Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete.
2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement
I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
3. Facilities & Dining
The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality.
4. Location
Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

GGuest UserWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again
