Cold room and bathroom after check-in. The taps were set to the lowest possible setting. The bathroom stank of sewage. Breakfasts were very tasty, service was nice. The first elevator was out of order, the second elevator had a broken display and it was impossible to read which floor you were already on. I probably won't be back.

Overall, while the location and cleanliness are good, poor service, maintenance neglect, and unfair treatment made our stay disappointing. The staff were very unhelpful and dismissive with maintenance issues. The shower head holder was broken and never fixed, and on our last morning the A/C stopped working with no resolution and follow-up. Our room faced the inner courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, making it uncomfortably warm which we had to leave the door open until checkout. We also experienced discriminatory behavior: when we requested a higher floor at check-in, we were told it was unavailable, yet a Caucasian traveler who checked in afterward received the same request.

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

Very nice stay. The hotel is clean, the aquapark is very cool.

This hotel, beautifully converted from a historical landmark, features a magnificent, long palatial staircase that's absolutely stunning and perfect for photography – truly grand and beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, with quiet and efficient air conditioning that ensured a comfortable stay.

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karpacz is a real pearl among mountain hotels. Located in the picturesque surroundings of the Karkonos, it combines luxury with the proximity of nature. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated and very comfortable, and the spa zone with swimming pools and saunas guarantees full relaxation. The restaurant – is delicious, prepared with the highest care and fresh ingredients. The unique culinary attraction is the help of sommelier, which with great commitment advises perfect wines for food, making dinner an unforgettable experience. Hotel service is extremely friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is full of peace and elegance.

It is a nice place with a nice view. You can see that the rooms are very well exploited when on one side of the rooms are quite new, however, it is already destroyed. The broken shower probably didn't hold such a movement :) There was no elevator and no access to the cage for the carriages - with the yearly child it was a kind of obstacle. In general, I can fly this object, but it has its mankaments.

My stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Wrocław is very good. The hotel has a great location - it is located in the city center, right next to the Old Market and close to the main tourist attractions, making it a great base for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Breakfasts deserve special privilege - a very large selection of food, fresh products and high standard of supply. There are also facilities available, such as a fitness center and fast WiFi, which also increases the comfort of your stay. With a small minus, it is worth mentioning that prices - especially for parking and some additional services are quite high and some rooms could already be slightly refreshed. However, in general, Radisson Blu Wrocław is a place worthy of command: elegant, well organized and high standard, ideal for both short trip and longer stay in the city.

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.
