I never liked the sauna floor. The massage rooms were terrible. The pool was broken. The toilet was dirty. The location was good room design but nothing else was very bright.

TimocielloWir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Four Points by Sheraton in Elazığ. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Service des gesamten Personals. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück und die allgemeine Ausstattung haben uns überzeugt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
