This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

Nice modern hotel but very poorly run. Nobody cleaned our room during our 7 day stay. The breakfast was dire; 2 days running there was no milk or bread in a state which has 1.26 million cows! The hotel has great facilities like a laundry and ice machines on each floor. It could be amazing and the bad parts have to be down to poor management. There was a strong smell of hydraulic fluid on the top floor and in the lifts. The staff looked like they really didn't want to be there, except a lovely lady called Lee on the front desk who was very sympathetic and friendly. Our mattress and pillows were hard and lumpy, well past their sell-by date. Both my wife and I suffered 7 nights with poor sleep quality and back pain. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room. On the way to the airport after checking out, I received a notification that they had charged is an additional $150 with no reason given. When we checked out, we were told that their printer had brocken and they were unable to provide us with an invoice. They promised to email it to us, but 2 days later we still haven't received it. I would never stay in another Wyndham hotel.

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

Lake Lawn is a beautiful resort with so much to do without ever leaving the resort. The lake views are amazing, there are 3 different places to eat, a huge indoor pool and hot tub along with two large outdoor pools that we didn’t use due to it being April. In the warmer weather you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, and even boats. We are definitely coming back to enjoy the summer activities, but it’s also amazing for colder weather since the resort is so large with a game room, indoor pool, and restaurants, you can wear the kids out without ever leaving the resort. It’s also only 15 mins from downtown Lake Geneva to enjoy more shopping and restaurants and only 3-4 mins to the town of Delavan that has all basic needs like Walmart, Kohls, Fleet Farm and lots more restaurants. It’s truly an awesome place.

Great hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff. We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

We came to Port Washington to visit our son, who has lived here for four years. The hotel was easy to get to, with lots of parking. There was always someone at the front desk to quickly answer questions. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We felt like the only people in the hotel. The breakfast had lots of choices to pick from. We had a lovely time in PW, and enjoyed having this hotel as our home base. 

We had a three family reunion so having the two bedroom suite was great for gathering for meals and games. The property grounds are huge and has trails to walk. The sports facilities were great (pickleball, tennis, basketball) but you need to reserve in advance. They also light a fire pit in the evening for us when we requested. Cafe for quick breakfast pick up was good , restaurant service took long for our large group.

Everything is wonderful, really.  My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

Gorgeous hotel and in a beautiful location in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac. Everything was clean room was beautiful. Only odd thing was the TV that is fixed once raised so you're forced to sit in bed to watch. I wasn't in the room long so it wasn't a big deal. A+
