We came to Port Washington to visit our son, who has lived here for four years. The hotel was easy to get to, with lots of parking. There was always someone at the front desk to quickly answer questions. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We felt like the only people in the hotel. The breakfast had lots of choices to pick from. We had a lovely time in PW, and enjoyed having this hotel as our home base.

Our family is from Hong Kong, because we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony, we chose to book this hotel for 9 days. After we stayed in a standard room for one night, we found that the room was very small and there was no desk. We asked the front desk to change it. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and changed us to a studio room, which was much larger. Thank you very much! The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient. The breakfast is the same every day without any change. I hope the hotel can change this! You can get the cleaning products from the service desk, and the service at the service desk is also very good! !

Pay attention to traffic, the location is not generally biased! In the hotel is not able to hit Uber, lyft, can not call ordinary taxis, can not rent a car! You can only rent a car at the airport or call a local friend to pick up!

Great hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff.
We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

KkellieWe only stayed for one night which was definitely not long enough. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each villa has its own outdoor pool, which is pretty amazing. We got there too late to use but we were able to use the indoor pool. My one and only complaint was the hot tub was lukewarm. We're not able to explore the entire resort, but we did go to the west bar which had an amazing piano player/ singer. The marina area was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be coming back to stay longer and partake in the activities put on by the resort. I do wish I could've brought my dog but I understand.

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!
