The good:
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby places.
The areas that need improvement:
The toilet flush did not seem to be working properly. We had to press the flush button for quite a long time, yet only a small amount of water would flow.
The bathroom was spacious, but the layout was different from what was shown in the booking photos. There was no glass partition separating the shower area from the toilet bowl. As a result, water from the shower would splash onto the toilet area and make the toilet paper wet, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos.
The most concerning issue, however, was the cleanliness of the bedding. I rarely leave negative comments, but on the second morning, I noticed that my body had started to feel itchy and I had several red spots on my shoulders, waist and feet. My partner also experienced similar itchy spots on the legs. We suspected that it might be related to the bed or bedding.
The facilities were good and convenient for families, and the location made it easy to get around Kota Bharu. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, and the overall service was efficient and professional.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt that the hotel offered good value for money. It is a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay in Kota Bharu. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit and would recommend it to other travellers.
