Highland Lake Resort

The staff was excellent. The coffee in the room and office was great to have. The room was so well decorated and clean. I wish they had conditioner in the shower as a toiletry.

Stayed during the off season so we didn’t get to enjoy all the resort offers due to weather. The room was clean and offered a nice view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their newly opened banquet room is beautiful.

Didn’t get the pack and play for my son when called multiple times. Only got offered last minute when he was already sleep. Went to their little restaurant to eat before bed, never got the food my son got antsy and we had to leave the restaurant. Never got offered a refund or food delivered, nothing. Then the next day my son got ill and had to leave early, ******* attempted to reach out to get a refund for the last day and were denied. The woman at the desk said I’d get a credit? Didn’t even get that, not that I’d use it. So sad this was a Valentine’s Day gift and it was really awful.

Great view of the lake. Very responsive staff to handle any issues very quickly. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Room was cold and pumped out cold air on occasion. It seems to be more of a summer location. Arrived at 3:30pm and room key left in lock box. Had to call for any towels, etc. would not offer refund despite conditions for leaving day early

Room was spotless, staff courteous and prompt, the location was convenient and the view spectacular!

Breakfast was not included. We found the resort very clean and quiet. The room and beds were comfortable. We will definitely keep this on the list of places to stay when we come to Maine.

Clean room, owner was amazing as was the staff. We were there for my wife’s grandmother’s Celebration of life and after letting the staff know the owner asked us upon checkout if they could name their little Book Library after my wife’s grandmother who was a librarian in Bridgton for years. What an honor!!! We will be back for sure. We come to the area several times a year.
