ホテルがメッチャ綺麗でした 木の香りも素敵で癒やされました

I made a reservation, but found out that due to a change in flight time, the ferry transfer wouldn't work out, so I called to make good use of my free time, as it wasn't an international flight, and that's where I got this message??? They only answer the phone after 9pm and tell me to call back, which I can't help, but even within that time they told me to press this number if I was making a reservation, and this number if I was with a travel agency, and no matter how many numbers I pressed I was directed to an email and couldn't get through. As a last resort I pressed the number for the travel agency and was finally able to get through. In any case, the hotel didn't have a concierge function and their attitude was like "we're so great, it's up to the customer to figure it out," so I canceled.

スタッフの皆さんとても細やかなお心遣いがとても素敵でした！ お部屋もおしゃれででも落ち着ける空間で素敵なホテルステイになりました！

最高の景色に癒されました。食事も美味しかったです。
