Kaya Hotel Amman

Unfortunately, a poor choice - I booked a spacious deluxe room and paid for it, but upon arrival, they gave me a standard room with two single beds. When I questioned them and complained about the room, they replied that there was a booking error and didn't even compensate me.

Excellent value for money! The hotel was renovated in 2025 and has a great ambiance. The staff are very attentive. I've stayed here multiple times for business trips. Once, I tried a terrible hotel next door and checked out the same day to come back here.

This hotel is wonderful, and what made it even better were the staff. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The young man at the door who helps with parking is very kind and his manner was excellent with us and our children. We felt incredibly welcomed due to his fantastic greeting, his smile, joking with the kids, playing with them, and giving them drinks every time we entered the hotel. He even put a sunshade on our car without us asking – thank you! The room was clean and smelled lovely. The breakfast was good, but it could use more variety. The staff working in the breakfast area were very helpful and cheerful, and the young man preparing food in the kitchen always had a smile. Also, the gentleman supervising the pool did an excellent job looking after the children. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality and exceptional welcome. You will always be my first choice whenever I visit Amman.

One of the most beautiful and wonderful hotels in Amman. The service is excellent, and everything is beyond superb.
