This hotel exceeded our expectations! It has a charming, slightly classic feel. They even upgraded our room, and we could see the Leaning Tower of Pisa right from our balcony. It's a very short and convenient walk to the tower. The rooftop restaurant offers fantastic views. The hotel has a parking garage, which needs to be booked in advance. Although the hotel is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), they can help you get a one-time exemption if you drive there. The breakfast spread was also quite good. A great hotel overall!

Brilliant location and great rooftop views We stayed here for a short family trip to Pisa and the location was excellent — really close to the Leaning Tower and easy for exploring the main sights on foot. The rooftop bar was one of the best parts of the stay, with great views across Pisa and towards the tower. It was a really nice place to relax in the evening after sightseeing. The hotel worked really well for a short city break and we’d happily stay here again, especially for the location and rooftop terrace.

The location is fantastic, right outside Piazza dei Miracoli (leaning tower), making sightseeing incredibly convenient. There are also many restaurants right at the doorstep. While the hotel facilities are a bit old and the air conditioning is temperamental, the room itself is quite spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and even helped me book a taxi to the train station.

This is a very well appointed hotel, right in the heart of Pisa with lots of restaurants, cafes and of course the Tower. The hotel is a little dated and the rooms have a bit of a 70s vibe but it's neat and well priced.

Friendly stuff, very good located, breakfast was ok, room clean. Bathroom was clean, but Shower was very poor with warm water, maybe tube little carbonated? Air conditioning no fine tune possible. Just on/off. Ruftop restaurant was exelent with nice view over Doumo and city.

Perfect location for visiting the Square of Miracles. Reception staff very helpful and engaging. Breakfast was adequate (scrambled eggs could be better) however no engagement from staff. Shocked that a four star hotel had no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Shower cubicle tiny - be prepared. Decor dated but clean.
