The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys

Location: Strategically located with some near Bangsar station, convenient for being near town and having restaurants around(based on 5 reviews)

As stipulated check in time after 3.00pm and yet the room was not available and ready. The room was booked 2 days in advance and it is our second time staying . Came all the way from north and was tired but was told to go and take coffee somewhere else and come back later on. Told the male reception to let us park our car to bring down our luggage and stuff and leave it in the room while it is being cleaned but he could not register the needs and cannot make the decision but wait for his supervisor to approve. Talk to the person in charge at the other end of the phone but she was no help and indifferent to the concern.. Another customer who was queuing behind had her room ready and was promptly serviced. I waited for nearly 0.5hr b4 he agreed to give us the entrance key to the carpark and room . The cleaning lady was nice and apologetic . After that ee found that no bath towel was available . Told the reception about it, we are going out to attend an appointment and will be back by 9.00pm. On coming back again still no towel was available . Went down to the lobby and was told by the next shift receptionist that he was aware of it from the out going shift and that the towel came in late at 5.00pm. I am flabbergasted. If he is aware of it why didn't he provide the towel to my room when it is available at 5.00pm. When we retired to the bed found that it was dusty on the lamp and edges of the bed frame. OMG we took the small towel and wiped the bed b4 we went to sleep. Note:::::; Honestly we will not recommend any of our friends and our company staff to stay there any more. It is absurd in their hospitality services and the rudeness of their staff in their demeanour. This is the last time we will stay as we regret that we should have stayed at Holiday Inn which is beside.

Walking distance from Bangsar station but may be a bit difficult to walk in the day due to the traffic. Had a bit of hiccups when I got my room as it wasn't clean and they changed another room after receiving the feedback which was good.
