This hotel is conveniently located near the city, especially if you have a car. The parking lot was almost full, probably due to the summer holidays and Wimbledon, which have caused hotel prices to skyrocket. This was the only affordable option I could find.

The room was decent, and the hotel itself is quite large with standard facilities. The best part is the huge, enormous, massive, gigantic, super big, super super super super big grassland nearby. There's also a park within a few minutes' walk, which is absolutely beautiful.

Breakfast was very basic. Many items were constantly running out and not refilled, even when we asked. The hotel is outdated and could use a renovation. Toilet paper and shampoo in our room weren't replenished by housekeeping; we had to go ask for them. Showering in a tub with a shower curtain was also a bit inconvenient.

Location was good as it is just based putside ULEZ area. The room AC wasn't cold enough and the lowest temp could only be set to 18 degrees. Breakfast was good. We stayed 2 days and the hair conditioner was still left empty.

Very surprised by this hotel as my partner had stayed here a few years back and wasn’ti pressed… but this time, from start to finish, a really pleasant stay. Lady on reception (early evening of 10th April) was an absolute delight. So helpful and so friendly. We had two dogs with us and she told us all the areas the dogs could go and that they could even have breakfast with us if we sat in a certain place. It’s not often you get treated like that when you have dogs… more so seen as a hindrance. The room was very clean and bright. Pillows a bit hard but that’s down to preference. Shower was great, very powerful with shampoo, conditioner and show gel complimentary! Breakfast was fantastic. A lot of choice and good quality. All in all, a great stay.
