Vela Terraces Hotel

Excellent service, the room was clean and they change the towels when asked , at the beggining there was no hot water but in 1 minute yo had a guy fixing it in les than 2 mins , staff is really friendly and helpful, it’s a bit uphill from the center but if you rent a motorbike there is nothing to worry about it

I stayed there 5 nights. The front staff was very kind and friendly. The restaurant was good. I like the atmosphere. I could ask to keep my beer on their fridge as I didn't have it at my room. Speaking of my room, it was specious but a bit difficult to reach because I need to climb many stairs. However, if I need a hair dryer, I could ask the staff through " what's up", which was really convenient for me. Thank you Camila and one another ready.

Hotel is close to Macdonalds. 15 to 20mins walk to town. It was a good stay but big gecko in the bathroom, so called the front desk.they were pretty good at taking care of it. Not bad for a budget hotel. Heads up no elevators. Overall it a nice stay.

on the first day,no hair dryer. the second day,the hot water  is intermittent,and around 10 pm,it even have”no”water.We call the front desk they already off work.the only thing we could do is accept it.BUT!until the next morning whan we check out,still no water.Unbelieviable!! If you want to get a cold,come here.😡

Location of the hotel was very close to the town however our room (pool view) was at the top and with lots of bags it’s quite the climb due to all the stairs. The staff were friendly and the rooms was fairly clean Just outdated, the window in our bathroom wouldn’t shut causing lizards and other small bugs to come In the room and the water in the shower would occasionally run cold. Other than than the room was a decent size and we had a pleasant stay

Good location and warm service. Few minutes walk to McDonald’s and Coron town.

Great location, close enough to town but very quiet. Breakfast included was incredible with unlimited coffee and filtered water. Staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to a lovely team ❤️

Bit of a walk from the centre but it is not that bad. Nice little pool to cool you off. Great service and good people running it though, always eager to help.
