Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Whitefield

Would like if there was a buggy service to reach to the main road as the hotel is further inside a slope road which at night is also not very lit. The concierge, front office staff and restaurant staff were very helpful and polite. However I noticed that a female cleaner at the restaurant and another female restaurant staff had some disputes going on while I was dining at the table which felt unprofessional, I do not know the context of the issue they had but they did appear to be very upset about something related to work. Room was tidy and modern but the pillows were too high/thick for me. Not my personal preference. Proximity to hospitals and malls is great. Overall experience at the hotel was okay.

Brand new hotel in a very quiet location in Whitefield. Minutes away from Aster hospital and a quick ride away from the malls. Sparkling clean, nice big comfortable room. Huge breakfast buffet with lot of options. Very attentive staff, in reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Highly recommended.
