Everyone and everything in the property is exceedingly outstanding! Check-in was very smooth and every single staff was friendly and helpful. There is so much tranquility and peace within the property and you feel like you are continually in a very calm state of mind. The room was impeccably maintained and serviced on a daily basis, and we really liked the cool vibes. Ceiling was high, decor was tastefully done. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent on a daily basis; we enjoyed several lunches there too. The view of the mountains was just amazing! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we felt sad that we had to leave. We hope to be back again in future.

The hotel is stunning: The room was beautiful, retaining the charm of the convent the hotel is situated in, yet modern with attention payed to every detail. The grounds are breathtaking, the spa gorgeous and the therapists there are skilled and professional. The hotel staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Feel super lucky to have stumbled across this stunning property and location! Spent 3 nights here with a friend in the peak summer season and had the most restorative and beautiful stay. You never felt like the hotel was busy; the design is gorgeous; the local area is picturesque; Nicole on the front desk gave us great local restaurant recommendations; Pasquale makes the best cocktails by the pool and the spa treatments were fantastic. Cannot fault and am a fussy traveller. Exceptional attention to detail and will definitely return.

What a gem! Monastero Arx Vivendi is one of those rare places where history meets modern comfort in the most elegant way. The transformation from monastery to boutique hotel is truly stunning — beautifully designed, full of character, and still incredibly peaceful. The service? Spot on. Always there when you need it, never too much. Spa lovers, take note: the treatments were excellent, and the hammam was an absolute highlight – deeply relaxing and perfectly executed. Breakfast was another win: fresh, high-quality, and with lots of thoughtful details. All in all, a unique experience that’s both serene and sophisticated. Will definitely be back!

Super hotel and service is in top. Even the hosts are helping out making the experience at the hotel to the best, we can find. Our preferred place to relax. Only thing you have to be aware of that smoking is allowed outside and at the poolside but didnt bother us but anyhow - seems out of time..

I loved staying at Monastero Arx Vivendi, this place is just my style. Haute Hygge at it's finest, I spent 5 days in the well-appointed Hortus Suite. The private tub was especially relaxing, and the garden with attached Finnish Spa really made this the room to spoil yourself with. Lots of unobtrusive modern upgrades including a luxurious rain shower, high end fixtures, and soft air conditioning with temperature readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit...nice touch guys. I had a very good sports massage onsite, and loved reading in the spa room on the swinging beds. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and there were really nice bar beverage options. I also really got a kick out of watching the parasailers flying overhead from the pool. Everyone I interacted with provided exceptional service with a friendly smile. Finally, I rented a bike from the hotel, and was provided with a scenic route through the Alps down to the Lake. It was breathtaking. I also booked a private boat ride via one of the flyers the hotel laid out with Tour Boat Experience. Captain Roberto was so fun, and knowledgeable about the local history. Monastero was everything I hoped it would be, and the pictures are representative. It really is that beautiful.

This is a stunning and unique place, a fully renovated monastery with equisite design, all high quality and geared towards your comfort. The garden area is just one of a kind - aboslutely beautiful, high wall ensures privacy, quiet and relaxing oasis with heated pool and spa area, with amazing views on the surrounding mountains. We can higly reccomend this place!

Ich habe hier gemeinsam mit 6 Freundinnen ein verlängertes Wochenende anlässlich meines 40. Geburtstags verbracht und was soll ich sagen: Dieses Hotel ist einfach ein Traum! Schon beim Ankommen merkt man, dass dieser Ort etwas Besonderes ist. Das ehemalige Kloster wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem außergewöhnlichen Gespür für Design, Qualität und Ästhetik renoviert. Der historische Charme ist überall spürbar und gleichzeitig ist alles modern, hochwertig und wunderschön gestaltet. Man entdeckt ständig neue, liebevolle Details. Auch die Zimmer sind traumhaft schön und selbst die günstigere Zimmerkategorie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir rundum verwöhnt. Das Frühstück war mega und man merkt sofort, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf hochwertige Zutaten, Qualität und Genuss gelegt wird. Ein weiteres Highlight war definitiv der wunderschöne Spa-Bereich. Ich habe mir eine Massage gegönnt, die wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Außerdem haben wir als Gruppe das Hammam ausprobiert – für mich eine völlig neue Erfahrung und definitiv eines der Highlights unseres Wochenendes. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das gesamte Personal: unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, herzlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Die Lage in Arco ist ebenfalls perfekt. Der Ort selbst ist total charmant und man kann direkt vom Hotel aus zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad die wunderschöne Umgebung erkunden. Wir hatten zusätzlich noch traumhaftes Wetter, was unser Wochenende natürlich perfekt abgerundet hat. Aber auch unabhängig davon ist dieses Hotel einfach etwas ganz Besonderes. Absolute Herzensempfehlung! Ich komme bestimmt wieder! ❤️
