Brown's Avenue Hotel

Location is convenient and centralised while away from the hustle and bustle. It was a nice stay, reception staff were helpful and experience at the restaurant during our breakfast is great because of the staff. While on our last morning we got to meet Joanne and Claudio who were nice, we were served by Rui for three consecutive mornings and he was amazing.

It’s not bad but it’s also really underwhelming for its price point and 5-star. The issue is just the general lack of warmth and special touches to make the experience special. At times, it almost felt like I was imposing on the place.

Exceeding expectations, the trip was very convenient and the hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic.

Service was impeccable, lovely staff, spoiled us. The room was spacious, beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend and would return. A top tier hotel

Good service, room was a little run down but was acceptable. Bath was a nice feature.

Maybe I am missing a bit of smiles on the staff. They are proper but not warm and friendly

terrible experience here. key card doesn’t work, staff was super rude.

Clean, service is great! Would definitely visit again once in Lisbon.
