It is a shame that the location is a bit isolated. The rooms are on the smaller side and feel a bit dated. However, most of the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. There are good sports facilities nearby.

I was very happy. The hotel's ambiance is wonderful, facing the sea and offering fresh air. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and we were given complimentary wine, sparkling water, fruit, and snacks, which was a real delight. Facilities: The hotel has a heated indoor pool with seawater, which is great at night. The only downside was that I left a set of makeup and a makeup bag in the bathroom. I discovered it the night I left the hotel, and I contacted the hotel early the next morning. Two days later, they still hadn't responded to my email, as if they didn't care. I found this service attitude very wrong. If you lose something, you expect it to be addressed quickly and delivered as quickly as possible. Your continued lack of response is extremely distasteful. Does this mean that if a guest isn't staying at the hotel and their belongings are left there and don't generate any revenue, then the staff shouldn't be concerned? We called four times, and now 48 hours have passed, and there's still no response from us, and no intention of resolving the matter.

The hotel arranged us in the annex building, which can only be reached by walking out of the main building lobby and taking the stairs (we had several heavy luggages, so it was very troublesome to go up and down). We had already booked the room several months ago. Would booking through trip.con make us second-class guests? Or is the hotel discriminating against Chinese people? This cannot be verified because I will not stay in this hotel again. We tried to ask to go back to the main building, but the waitress just said coldly that the main building was full and there was nothing she could do! As for the terrace of the room, as soon as we opened the glass door and walked out, we could see spider webs, but the other hygiene conditions were satisfactory.

The hotel has a great location and beautiful natural surroundings, but the service and management are lacking. 1. There's no barrier-free access, making it difficult to get suitcases into the building, requiring someone to carry them up the stairs. 2. There's no dedicated parking; it's located in a park, so guests have to compete for space with other people enjoying the beach. 3. Because it's located in a park, traffic is very congested in the afternoon. 4. The breakfast was excellent. It was generous and the menu changed daily.
