The environment is very clean, and having drinking water provided right inside the room is truly a first for me. The bathroom actually features a wet and dry separation, and the best part is the double vanities, so families or couples won't get in each other's way. The bed is also super comfortable and cozy. The only minor drawback is that the pillows are a bit too soft; it would be even better if they offered more support.
There are plenty of facilities, making it super ideal for a relaxing extended stay, and the breakfast is also hearty with a great variety of options 👍🏻

2nd time stay in this hotel. Good service, reception very friendly, porter was fast and efficient. Room spacious, clean, cups and kettle clean, shower air pressure superb! the only drawback was the room was the last 3rd of the furthest end which I had to walk a little far. Overall, the front desk team was friendly and approachable. My wife had requested birthday surprise decorations, and although they were only arranged after we checked in, it was still acceptable as we could see that the team put in genuine effort to fulfil the request.

The room condition was generally acceptable, but toilet cleanliness needs significant improvement for a Parkroyal brand. The basin was not properly cleaned, and the tabletop still had dirty stains that appeared to have been left by the previous guest. This was rather disappointing and something the housekeeping team should pay more attention to.

I also believe the hotel should consider engaging professional pest control services. My wife’s back was bitten by what appeared to be insects, possibly from the bed. Fortunately, it did not appear to be bed bugs, but this was still a concerning experience. I hope the hotel can conduct a thorough inspection of the beds and room to ensure proper hygiene and guest comfort.

Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection, although there is still room for improvement in terms of variety and the overall dining experience.

Overall, the friendly and approachable staff left a good impression, and we appreciate the effort made to fulfil the birthday decoration request. However, room cleanliness, housekeeping standards and pest control need more attention to meet the expectations of a hotel under the Parkroyal brand.

Booked normal king room but got some hiccups with the room but they compensated with free club lounge upgrade. And it was a good experience with attentive service and quiet peacefulness and quality time spent with the family. Overall a good experience and def will be back for more.

Super cozy room: Extremely plush pillows and a massive, super-comfortable King bed.
Great amenities: High water pressure, hot water, and premium Appelles herbal toiletries that smell amazing.

Friendly staff: Excellent, warm, and smiling service from everyone.
Cons:
Breakfast: Features a multi-cultural spread (Malay, Chinese, Indian, Japanese), but the actual options are quite limited.
Maintenance issues: Some furniture (bathroom door and drawers) felt unstable and worn out.
Drainage: The bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool while showering.
Pest & AC: Noticed small ants near the minibar, and the air conditioning took too long to cool the room.

The water park was enjoyable, and the surrounding area was relaxing and easy to explore. Wishing to have EV Charger soon. It’s a nice choice for a short family getaway, especially if you’re looking for a place with activities, nature, and a resort atmosphere.
